Lasko 36" Oscillating 3-Speed Tower Fan and Ionizer with Remote, Black, 2505

This is my second Lasko fan, which I had to get because my daughter comes home from college and takes the first one, which I've had for several years now. This one is slightly shorter but has the ion feature, which I haven't used yet. The one thing I like better about this one is that it uses AAA batteries for the remote, whereas the other uses the small circle batteries, which have never been replaced since they died, years ago. It's pretty quiet too! So far, so good!

Best fan we ever purchased . It is so quiet, you forget it is on. Has many good features, height, ION, three speed & oscillates. Does not take up much floor space & so easy to move because of its height & handle. I would definitely recommend this fan to friends & family.

I'm very pleased with this tower fan. It's quite quiet, responds perfectly to the remote instructions, was easy to assemble, and appears well made. I use the fan on my covered patio where it is protected from rain; I'm not sure it's designed for outdoor use. I would recommend this fan.

Works GREAT even on the low setting. The ION (optional usage) works nicely especially with odor control like the neighbors smoking (apartment living) zaps it or cleans it out FAST! The remote is nice, but it only works at close range to the fan - no big deal though because ultimately the rotating, ION, and cool settings are the best! I have Honeywell fans, which I like except they're a little noisy. This fan is quiet on the first two settings, however, on the 3rd setting it can be a bit noisy, but less than the Honeywell. All-in-all, I totally recommend this fan. Even my cat loves it and she doesn't usually like air blown at or toward her :)

This is my second Lasko tower fan. It's quiet and I like the black color. The remote is a nice feature. Easy to assemble and operate. I was happy that standard delivery was cheap and it was delivered within just a few days as promised.

It works really well; it is quite enough that you can forget it is on. The only thing... I wish the remote was a little easier to use. I do not always have to aim the remote directly at the fan to get it to work. If I am across the room it is harder for the sensor to connect from across the room.

Pros: Low speed feels more like medium. Not as loud as your typical fan. Slick modern look and takes up very little space. Seems to circulate air well. Cons: Rotation is limited, haven't had the pleasure of enjoing the ION although I've placed it on that setting numerous times (don't see the difference with it on), not very sturdy as it seems to wobble when moving it. When you turn the fan on, it starts at high (setting 3) and you have to turn it down to low (setting 1). Would rather it go from low to high. All-in-all, it does the job and is easy to use. So easy that my two-year old daughter loves turning it off and on at her convenience. She knows if she gets cold how to turn it off and when she gets hot how to hit the button three times to turn it on.

Nice fan, but not very quiet. Older models I've had ran more quietly, especially on the lowest setting. I hope I can sleep with it. I do like the ionizer. It makes the room smell nice and fresh. The remote and fan display is improved from the older model we still have. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

I will not purchase from Walmart again because the item I purchased had been purchased before and put back on the shelf after someone removed the screws that were needed to put the base of the fan together. Walmart needs better inspection of items that are returned. However, with that said, the fan is fine and works well after I went out and bought the new screws. I've had these fans before and they are of good quality..... not great, just good. It can be a little noisy when used on high. For the price, it's fine.

The Fan looks good and is quiet, however, for a hot weather it will not work. Is not powerful, the difference between the 3 fan speed are not noticeable. The fan will work for someone that want a little breeze. But will not work at all for someone that want to cool a hot weather. Will returned it to the store
