Lasko 42" Wind Curve 5-Speed Tower Fan with Ionizer and Remote Control, Black, T42915, New

I really like lasko products, they seem to run quieter, smoother than other fans heaters. The vornado fans are quieter for a bedroom tho. The fan part has very good soft air flow and its taller height also helps increases the air flow in the room than my older ones. I like having the control of the 5 different speeds instead of the standard 3 speeds that I have had before. It nice looking in the living room,takes up less room and is quieter on high than all the rest that I have had. Fan oscillating is smooth. Assembly was very easy to attach the base.

This fan is so awesome with five speeds you have to tie yourself to the chair so you don't blow away on speed number five

Lasso has the best products when it comes to fans. I bought one for every room in the house set in front of ac vent and it's like Alaska. This moves rotates which I like to keep air directly off me .

I like the power and the quiet way it runs.

This works as it should but i thought it would be colder at the 5th speed. It does produce cold air but not as well as my previous Lasko that has lasted for 15 years and still works awesome.

Even though I gave this fan 4 stars, and I thought it was going to be a great fan, the isolating distance was the only thing I have a complaint about. It doesn't turn far enough around to reach the three of us in the room. For that reason I will be sending it back. I may have to go with Honeywell again.

The appearance looks like a simple black plastic. The fan is quiet and 5 speeds makes it customizable to any need. Very easy to assemble with no tools required. I only had to snap the two piece base together and attach the main base. 20 seconds and it was ready to go! My unit had a 5 speed indicator and two seem a bit dim, possibly not aligned, but didn't affect the way it worked and I can still see the setting.

Arrived damaged. There's a piece of plastic inside the display that has fallen. The part that shows the timer setting has fallen in front of the speed LEDs. I'd return for a refund, or exchange but they don't have in stock locally, and I don't want to wait another 2-3 weeks for a replacement. It's purely cosmetic and doesn't interfere with the use of the fan. I do wish we had the option to turn off the LEDs at night because they light up a dark room. I'll probably end up putting post-its over the display to block the bright LEDs.

I brought this fan because of the good reviews but this fan does not blow out enough air. I have my air on 68 and my room stays hotter than the rest of the house. This fan feels like it's on the lowest setting when it's on the highest setting. One of my lights that's supposed to show which setting level it's on doesn't work. This fan does absolutely nothing. You have to put it directly on you to feel the air. Don't waste your money

the fan seems great, but ive now gotten 3 with a defect. The first had a piece broken off that had fallen into the fan. I returned and requested a replacement. The replacement came with the pastic piece that covers the timer indicator lights crooked to the point that it covered the remote sensor. I started a return but was not given the option for a replacement. I decided to give the fan one last chance. I ordered another fan. This one came and had that same plastic plate that was crooked (though not interfering with functionality this time). I Ultimately decided to go directly to the company to allow them a chance to make it right before giving up on this brand. if they make it right, I will update my review.
