Lasko 42" Wind Curve Tower Fan with Ionizer, Timer and Remote Control, Gray, T42902, New

This fan at times seems more like an A/C unit than a fan. The breeze from it is fantastic, and the wide arc of the oscillation feature, easily covers a great portion of the room. Being that I have several Lasko fans on in other rooms, the times that I have to turn my A/C unit on, is greatly diminished. This is by far the best Lasko fan of all the ones that I own.

I love this fan. I actually bought it because my niece had it and it acts like an air conditioner to me, more than a fan. Granted I have not had hot hot weather yet to test it but when I have had it on, from across the room, it works strong and I have it on lowest setting. I am a bit frugal so buying a fan over $20 is a bit much for me but I will say this is worth every penny.

Ordered this for my mom and she loves it so much that she calls it her air conditioner! She and my father battle over the right temp in the house, but this fan allows Her to cool off quickly without having to freeze the whole house with the central a/c. The design allows her to focus the air on herself and it's quiet enough that no one else is disturbed by the noise while watching TV or using the phone. She loves the remote so she can use it when needed. The design allows maximum efficiency, requiring very little floor space. Also, I have an older model that's been we'll used for many years and is still running strong.

This is overall a great basic fan. It's quiet, simple to use and assemble. The remote is simple and works great. I would say it has a medium to stronger amount of air flow. I think if you were in a larger room, it might not be strong enough even on high. But in an average to small size bedroom, you do feel the breeze sufficiently. The only thing I thought twice about was whether I would want a stronger fan, but it has kept us cool enough. I was pleasantly surprised that everything about this fan was as expected and great.

I never thought a Tower Fan could be so efficient in cooling off an HOT Apartment, after reading the reviews on this Lasko , I thought I would take a chance and WOW! It not only cooled off the entire large living room space it also takes away odors of fish, broccoli with the Ionizer. I do own a portable Air Conditioning unit I used to Dehumidify the room but did not have to utilize the Cooling feature. I was just as comfortable just using the Lasko. It doesn't seem to just push the air around the room and I've tired just about every tall or short fan out there. Invest in this fan and you will not be disappointed. Assembly of the stand was not difficult at all. Had it up and running within 3 min top. One thing they could do, is to make the Vent adjustment more visible.

We have this fan in our living room. It's not the prettiest fan ever made, but it is powerful and cools extremely well. For the amount of air it puts out, it is relatively quiet. Can't even hear it with the TV on or music playing. Highly highly recommend!

This fan is really nice, it's tall so you feel the breeze higher than close to the floor. You don't need the fan blowing on the floor you need it on you. It's really powerful, I didn't think it would be. I was really surprised at how much of a breeze you get from it. I have it in my living room and it's perfect. Sometimes we have to turn it off because it gets cool. I would definitely recommend this fan even though it's a little pricey it works!

It's a very nice fan. Powerful, quiet, smooth. The only thing I wish it had would be a place to stow the remote. I can see the remote getting lost from season to season. I have had other Lasko Tower fans that had the remote storage. I only assumed this fan would be the same.

Cant say too much of the Ionizer. Coz i how do i evaluate the air i breathe in?? But as for the fan, i love it. It could have been a little quieter. But other than that its a nice product to have. The oscillation and wide reach and the even at the lowest setting its pretty nice.

I was looking for a tall slim tower fan that would last and wouldn't break the bank. I think this is one of the closest fans you could get to that. It's taller than your average tower fan which I loved, it's very quiet and I like the three speeds. The only thing I wish was better was the range that it oscillates - doesn't seem like it even oscillates 90 degrees.
