Lasko Cyclone 18" 3-Speed Oscillating, Remote, Timer, Adjustable Height Pedestal Fan 1843

I was not understanding a simple assembly just pull the inside rod up and secure. I took it out and tried every way but the right way. It is a typical fan that has the plastic on the front and the back instead of metal but it is very quiet.I like the fact that it has a remote and the control and can be tilted up or down. My\nKids purchased a fan double the price which it has a little bit more power.But i'm content with this , and it doesn't take up but much space.

This is a great buy!! I am very pleased with the fan. It blows really well, keeping me cool at night, and now I don't have to turn th AC way down to stay cool.

I utilized these fans for many years. They are inexpensive and durable lasting a long time. A good product for a reasonable price. Be sure to get the one with the remote.

really nice fan. we run it all year long in our bedroom. it is pretty quiet with just a touch of white noise for sleeping. blows great for hot Phoenix summers. in the winter we put it on low and point the fan towards the ceiling for white noise, since my hubby cant sleep without it. very versatile and effective fan for year round. i have no regrets regarding the purchase, as its well worth the money. absolutely no complaints.

Did everything manufacturer described in ad. Very sturdy, easy and fast to assemble. Sad I didn't have AAA batteries in hand to use remote. still used fan , just used manual controls. air circulation really amazing. Really impressed..Great value for the money. loved black color.

It's a good fan and it makes a lot of noise which I do like but sometimes it just seems like it's lagging when it should be at full force at all times

Fan works good. Love the remote capability. I found the assembly of the front fan cover to the rear fan cover to be very difficult. The assemblies of these two plastic pieces took more time than unboxing, reading instructions, and the rest of the assembly. Once assembled it's a good unit so far for me. can not comment on durability as I have only run it maybe 50 hours so far.

Overall this fan does the job and works like described, but it seems they are not made sturdy as the used to be. The fan blade/motor is quite noisy with a high pitch sound and the pull nob on back breaks easily. I have to use pliers to change fan oscillation on/off. I thought at first that I just received a defected fan since it was shipped to my home and it maybe got damaged during shipping, but with the two other replacements I am experiencing the same problems.

The fan blows great as it has a strong motor however I was a little disappointed with how flimsy it was for the money that I paid (all plastic). I also had difficulty with assembling the screen as it was not easy to snap it into place . They should have put better clips on it. Also the pole comes out of the base too easily when trying to move it. If it was built with more sturdier materials I would have probably given it an extra star (maybe 2).

CHEAP!! This is the second one we purchased and both my wife and I grabbed the fan by the guard to move the fan and the guard broke away fron the motor causing the blade to strike the guard. Poor design cheap piece of JUNK
