I am a person that all year round I have to have a 2 fans in my room to sleep and keep cool I will be buying a second one lol the remote only controls the speed and off and on not the turning thingy... don't know how to spell the O word... lol but bigger than expected so I was extremely excited great buy
We’ve had this fan for a month now and very happy with its performance and different speeds. Having a remote is a nice feature. We don’t find it loud but it’s added white noise in our bedroom we find soothing. Better air circulation than our last one.
I have a Lasko that I paid $30 for and this new one that I bought being on the first setting does not even compare to being on the highest setting on the $30 fan. I am so happy with this fan, I actually have to turn it off at times because it feels so cold and me being from the north says alot. Living in the Rio Grande Valley where it's humid and extremely hot should tell you how great this fan is in the south.
This fan is great! You don't even need to put it on the highest setting, unless you want to be blown to OZ! The lowest setting is powerful enough and it's actually cold. Even though it's summer, I had to put an extra blanket on my bed. Lasko pedestal fans and tower fans are a little expensive, but well worth the cost AND they are made in the USA! I highly recommend Lasko fans!
It's a good fan. It does not come with batteries. The front grill was hard to click on and it was a little difficult to put together. It took two tries. There are no paper directions. You must scan a code or use their very short instrctions on the end of the box. I've seen better features on cheaper fans.
We love this fan! It blows very good and strong. It is the best fan I ever bought. A little pricy but worth it!!! The base is sturdy and stand does not wobble. It rotates and has different settings. I would recommend and most likely but another one if needed.
Fan is 90% plastic..The remote is cheaply made and I am afraid it may not last long.I bought this fan because it has a remote. It also plugs in though and has controls on the fan.I was easily able to put it together by watching a YouTube video instead of taking a picture of the QR code and watching instructions..The wire front screen is metal and I was not able to get it to fit in all the clips of the back windscreen so I used two twist ties.THE BREEZE PRODUCED IS EXTREMELY COOL AND STRONG ON JUST THE FIRST SETTING. It does oscillate .There are 4 wind speeds..It has a wide stable base.It does make a lot of noise but that may help in getting to sleep. Over all a good bargain..
I opened the box and found loose parts everywhere. I had to assemble the entire thing myself, and there were no instructions included. I ended up finding online videos to figure it out. But the final piece wouldn't snap in because the front frame was crooked. I turned it on just to see how it sounded—awful. There was a constant buzzing in the background. So I had to disassemble it, because even if it hadn't made that annoying noise, I couldn't stand looking at a crooked fan. If I had known it required full assembly, I never would have ordered it.
Produc did not assemble as it should due to poor quality of production. Specifically the knob that acres onto the main fan motor did not screw on, the threads did not work to secure the fan blade into place and… The front metal fan housing did not attach to the rear part.
The assembly instructions were not included in the packaging I was intrstructed to download the assembly instructions on line. Is it too expensive for lasko to simply include instructions with the unit. The online instructions were not real easy to find after typing in the site. I finally got the thing assembled and was ready to use it and discovered that the remote control had no batteries. The whole experience was not good. Walmart delivered the fan with absolutely no issues but from there it was miserable
