I own 2 of Lasko 20" Wind Tunnel 3-Speed Fan with Remote, Model A20700, Gray. I love these fans, easy to use remote control, nice size not to big not to small. I feel comfortable and safe using these and leaving them running in my home while away for a few hours.

I have had this fan for years, I will only buy this fan, we have two others currently that are great. However, I ordered a replacement for one that died and it arrived broken as you see in the photos. Ordered a second and it arrived used, seriously people, why am I getting a used product. I have now had to order a third. What an inconvenience.

this is obviously a referb but is not listed as being such. I got this as a replacement so thankfully for me I haven't thrown out the older one that I've had for 15 years and can use that to switch out the part that's damaged

I paid $79 for a fan and got a used fan in return. The box was all torn up, top of the fan where the lights are is all scratched up, bottom of the fan has a broken piece and the box was open on both ends. You could of at least taped both ends of the box... lazy much?

The fan is great. (Sold and shipped by Walmart.com.) I love it. It is a replacement for the old one that stopped working. The issue is what arrived was in a dirty beat up box with large holes in the corners that had been opened before and taped shut with two long pieces of tape going the opposite way across the front and back of the box instead of the long way on the seam at the top like normal. It didn't look used, but the top of the fan where the control buttons are was worn and scratched. Since it works, I am begrudgingly keeping for now since these are hard to find. I may order another and see if a better condition fan arrives so I can return this one if they have any left. Looks like a 'last in the warehouse' pick. I believe they are supposed to be contained in a clear plastic bag in the box, but there was no bag. The remote was in a sealed plastic bag though.

As for the fan... I love this fan! It is still a must buy. Walmart pick up, Palm Coast Florida, FAIL!....15 minutes of a wait after call and 10 cars after me serviced and received an open item with missing batteries , broken faceplate. This is clearly a dropped items. STILL WORKS GREAT. But walmart service was lacking big time. I will return the item tomorow, to get one with batteries and a faceplate intacked thoe.

when box delivered you could see that the box had been opened and retaped. Also when I opened the box the fan inside was damaged. It is clearly a return that was sold as new. I plan on returning it to the store and will not order anything else from walmart that I can not pick up at the store.

I did not receive a new unit. It was in the box. However, the unit has scratches. It has the appearance of having been used, returned and now shipped to me.
