I bought these because they were recommended on a baking site. They are excellent quality, but be forewarned--YOU CANNOT STACK THESE. Professional-looking cakes have straight sides, which means they do not nest. They take up a lot of room in your cupboards, but if you want your cakes to look great, these are the pans you want.

it's the perfect size for my cakes

icedAfter a lot of searching, I bought this to use in my instant pot. I cook a lot of beef roasts, and setting the meat on te raised screen left me with a lot of cleanup. Now I put in water, the raised screen, amd this pot with the seasoned beef in it, or rice and water, whatever. Cook and pull this pan out; it's all I have to clean and all the broth is saved. No scrubbing the raised screen, just dump and rinse it out. Works perfectly, i'm only dinging a star since it's overpriced by at least 50%.
