Quality, Recommend
Works great. I have a ton of kitchen equipment. But if you're going to cut cold butter into flour mixtures, (ie for scones, pie crust) a reliable pastry cutter is essential

I don't like electric items to do my baking. I do everything by hand. If you working with dough this is a must have. good quality.

It broke on my first use. the screw kept coming unscrewed. I tried tightening it, but no luck. I would not recommend to anyone.
