me myself I can't complain about it at all, it's worth the money and everything else about it pass the test.

Great price, easy to use!

Bought these to use as centerpieces for a graduation party to share memories. They were higher quality than I expected considering the price, and they worked out great. They have a great sturdy stand, and Were each bubble wrapped in a the box they came in.

The frames are very nice! For being relatively inexpensive, they are well made. However, due to insufficient packaging, one piece of glass in a frame was shattered when it arrived. The frames were each in a thin bubble wrap enclosure with a thin piece of cardboard between each frame. They came in a box that was from the manufacturer, so I believe Walmart just shipped it as is. . I really like the frames and don't feel like bothering with shipping all six back to just for one broken piece of glass, so I will just get a replacement piece myself. But, either the manufacturer needs to do better packaging, or Walmart needs to add additional packaging, so this doesn't happen to others.

Well to be honest I DID NOT RECEIVE THE 6 Picture frames!!!!! I received a blue kids fishing pole!!! I certainly hope whoever ordered the fishing pole didn't get the 6- 5x7 picture frames because they are going to be disapported like I am!! Boo on Walmart

Because once again a bunch of them were damaged in transit or upon delivery by a delivery service that does not follow the clear instructions that could avoid this. They stacked boxes of frames 10 high on top of each other by the wrong door. The instructions I provided explained to stack them only 3 high between the garage doors on the driveway. They consistently do this wrong and it results in damaged frames. Last time this happened 14 individual frames had broken glass or were busted on the edge of the frame and had to be thrown away.

all of my frames came chipped and or scratched i was very disappointed...i had high hopes for these as they were a gift for someone else but instead it looks like i got somebodys old picture frames i wouldvw been okay if it was just one of them but it was all of them

One of the six frames arrived with the glass completely shattered. I tried several times to contact vendor, sending pictures of the broken frame and asking if they would send a replacement, issue a refund or send me instructions for return, but they completely ghosted me after the second time I sent the pictures. Very unprofessional, but I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap frames, mediocre Customer Service. I would NOT recommend this product. The frames are definitely not good enough to oversee the fact that the vendor is making you pay for a totally broken item that you won't be able to use. I would never do business with them again. I wish Walmart did something about things like this to protect their customers, but again... you buy cheap, this is what you get. Extremely dissatisfied.
