I received this product for free as part of the BzzAgent campaign in exchange for my unbiased review. I really like this marinade as it's got a Jerk and mildly spicy flavor which is what I like. It was easy to use and gave my grilled chicken drumsticks a flavorful taste!
The Caribbean Jerk Marinade added a delicious blend of sweet and mildly spicy flavors to our meal. It was easy to use and gave our Caribbean noodles with chicken a flavorful, jerk-inspired taste without being overwhelming. I especially liked how versatile it was and would definitely use it again.
This marinade was impressive. It tastes great. The marinade works in 15 minutes, so it's great for last minute grilling outdoors. The taste was delicious because it was sweet and tangy. A great alternative to bbq sauce or Asian flavors. This Caribbean taste is a new favorite in our fridge
This was an amazing product. If you're starting out on jerk flavors or you're curious about tasting a jerk flavor then this is definitely the one to try. It does have a spicy flavor so if spice isn't your cup of tea then skip this but it's worth every bite
This marinade has a great balance of sweet, savory, and spicy flavor. The Caribbean jerk seasoning gives it a nice kick, while the papaya adds a little sweetness that makes it taste fresh and flavorful. It works especially well on chicken, shrimp, and grilled vegetables. I like that it is easy to use and adds a lot of flavor without needing extra ingredients.
This marinade was absolutely delicious! I used it on shrimp and the flavor was incredible sweet, tangy, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of jerk spice. It added so much flavor in a short amount of time and made dinner taste like it came from a restaurant. I'll definitely be buying this again and would highly recommend.
If you're looking for a light jerk, chicken flavor, this would be the marinade for you. If you're looking for something packed with flavor, this is not the product for you. I love jerk chicken and I marinated my chicken in Lowery's Caribbean jerk with papaya for about an hour. I would typically marinate overnight, but I had not planned ahead. The flavor was really lacking. It didn't satisfy the jerk chicken craving for me.
This marinade has a smooth, easy-to-use consistency that coats meat well and helps keep it juicy during cooking. The flavor is pleasant with hints of the warm spices you'd expect from jerk seasoning, but it's on the milder side. So It's a great option for those who enjoy a more approachable jerk flavor, but spice lovers will probably want to boost it with extra seasoning or fresh peppers.
I let the chicken marinade for 2 nights which was over the 15 min suggested. I cut the chicken thighs, added cut bell peppers, onions and pineapples to make some kabobs. After cooking on the charcoal bbq, i did not think the chicken had as much flavor as I anticipated. It was good (not great) but it tasted better with all the other ingredients I added.
the marinade overall wasnt bad. It smelled pretty good and seemed like it would be pretty flavorful off the bat. i marinated chicken wings for 15 minutes, added some seasoning and cooked them in the airfryer. the wings were good but i feel like i tasted the seasonings i added more than the marinade itself.
