I used to buy the expensive California brand EVOO. But prices keep going up, and it’s a daily staple. I tried a small bottle of the Bertolli evoo and I was delighted The aroma has a fruity note. The taste is balanced between sweet and peppery. I have now used this is many different dishes and it is now my go to brand It’s priced right, and tastes good. Try it!
I am not a professional so my idea of using this oil is purely based on what I heard from people having expertise in this food items. For extra virgin oil, regular use can help lower bad cholesterol, protect against chronic diseases, and support brain and digestive health. and finding this in particular brand was very cost effective and easy purchase at Walmart,
After seeing so many pictures of this Olive Oil on videos saying it is fake, I researched. It was voted %231 last year by olive oil specialists. the best in the field. I think they would know REAL from fake. I did find a few years ago some controversy in that they blended different oils? That is all I found that was remotely negative. I love the taste, being extra virgin, it never solidifies in my pantry, and my pantry is chill. I use it for cooking on low heat as i like the way my food cooks slower and after i am done, i tip that plate up and drink this nectar like Jethro. This is the stuff to use; throw your nasty seed oils away and replace them with this very healthy oil.
Oil is Oil, like most this item is well-packed, it is easy to use, adds a tone to salads, fry food and rice, the price is great and it is always available. The name is welcome and assures quality of manufacturing. It lacks a spout and it may slip of a greassy hand otherwisw we are happy with the. item.
I love this oil. Just wish it was in a glass bottle. Its safer that way. Since its near the stove. Plus the chemicals that are in plastic get into the oil.
Just started using this product yesterday(top drizzle on some Escarole and Beans) . As well as, in the soup. What I've tasted so far, works for me. Have to try, dipping some bread in it, a for snack. ; ) For proportion and price, I think it was a good purchase. Yes, I would recommend this product.
This bottle is plastic; olive oil should be in glass to avoid rancidity as plastic allows oxygen in. The last bottle of same product was glass. Bertolli's fault. I can transfer it to a glass bottle, but that is not ideal as I will be aerating it when it's poured and air is what should be avoided. Very disappointed, but this particular product was rated highly by Consumer Lab as being low in toxins. All olive oil is not created equal or is fresh.
I wouldn't buy it again, but someone who likes a darker olive oil may enjoy it. It was too heavy for my taste. I could taste the flavor in the food which I don't usually with lighter oil. The product isn't bad. I didn't care for it as a personal choice.
i bought this specifically to get that natural olive aroma in my sauces and side dishes, but this oil lacks that pleasant, appetizing scent. I intentionally chose a pricier option hoping for a better fragrance, but I missed the mark! The quality of the oil is fine, but it’s just not what I was looking for
when i received it the oil had mould suspended in it, its aa if the shoppers dont actually check the quality what are you getting paid for?? if it clearly looks expired or bad notify a manager and please choose one thats safe for consumption it's literally shopping :/
