LeapFrog LeapReader Learn-to-Read 10-Book Mega Pack Plastic, Paper with Accessories, Baby and Toddler Toys

The product itself is amazing, but I ordered this as a Christmas present and they didn't even try to cover the box. They just delivered the box as is, thankfully I was able to distract my child from seeing it, next time would be nice if it was bagged or something so it wasn't just chilling on my porch for the kids to see.

The product came safe and I haven't opened this product I know that Walmart only gives their customers the best so I have no worries about the product

I bought the Leap Pen 2 christmas' ago and it stopped working after a few charges so I put it back in the box for well over a year. One day my daughter asked about it so I got it out and gave it another shot. It charged right back up and worked again? IDK what it's deal was but I was super happy when it came back to life. She has spent tons of time with it since then so I decided to get her more books for it. They just arrived and low and behold there is another leap pen in the set. >.< So now she will never have to wait for it to charge again lol. She has learned a ton from the books she already had from the first set. I look forward to her teaching me all kinds of new things with her new books in hand ;)

My grandson is starting to read he can read some of the books by himself he's doing very well I know what leapfrog is I had that with two of my older grandkids especially my grandson that went to school on a full scholarship but he was just smart anyway but I want him to be a better. Thank you

Box got damaged upon delivery because it was thrown over my gate and was too big for the plastic bag

The price was the best among all the websites I looked into. However, I didn't receive it! I will check the order status because I am wondering now if there was not an issue.

IT CAME OPENED. THE PACKAGE CAME OPENED AND DAMAGED FOR A GIFT FOR MY COUSIN AND I HAD TO PROVIDE THEM A RETURN RECEIPT BECAUSE IT WAS OPENED BEFORE THEY GOT IT. THE DRIVER WAS RECKLESS.

Review: Do not buy the LeapReader if you own a Chromebook. LeapFrog forces you to use their ancient, decades-old "LeapFrog Connect" desktop software, which is completely incompatible with Chrome OS. There is no mobile app or web-based alternative to download book audio. To make matters worse, they don't even bother pre-loading the audio files onto the pen's tiny storage drive, meaning you are forced to hunt down a Windows PC or Mac just to make a children's toy function. On top of the completely outdated software ecosystem, the hardware relies on an old, outdated charging cable instead of modern USB-C. LeapFrog is cutting major corners at the expense of parents. Save your money and buy a modern reading device from a company that actually updates its technology.
