My 3 and 4 year olds love this book. It's informative with neat facts about the different textures animals have on their bodies, their habitats, forms of defence etc. It's a bit above my kiddos at the time being, but it's appropriately labeled for 5-6 year olds.

Great addition to leapfrog collection
My son LOVES this. It's really quality and he loved telling me all the facts he was learning from it. Lots to do and I feel like he will use it for quite a while. That said- it was super annoying to download the content and took several tries and quite a bit of time. That part was super annoying and the website was not very user friendly. Overall, though, would recommend and purchase again.

Engaging Learning about Animals/Science
Made from sturdy material that should hold up to use by little hands. The Amazing Animals book contains many engaging learning activities that teach the basics of classification/sorting. It teaches about animals and their habitats, senses, footprints, skins (feathers/scales/fur, etc.), geographic location, and more. This is a great LeapStart book for preschool-age children.

You have to have a computer
This book is not automatically compatible with the toy that it goes with. You must have a computer and be able to connect it to the computer to register it first before it can be used. Sadly, I do not have a personal computer so I have been unable to use this book so far I really wish it would have. Let me know this in the description prior to my purchase.

this item was brand new and worked perfectly. the only downside was the photo shown is not what was recieved. the cover is not the same and i am unsure if the inside is the same though both are animal books. it was upsetting but my child was happy to have another leapfrog book so i didnt bother with returning.
