LeapFrog® LeapStart® Learning Success Bundle™ System and Books, Reading Toy for Kids

This is the closest thing my toddler will get to a tablet before the age of five. I was so close to getting him a fully functioning tablet, but this LeapStart is just what he needs to learn the basics. He is already repeating the words that he hears while playing with it. It took him a minute to learn how to use the attached stylus, but he figured it out within a day or two. It's a great learning tool for toddlers. My son is two, and he loves it.

It can really grow with them, from just tapping around and hearing numbers and letters/ words to eventually following instructions. Keeps it interesting, we are enjoying it!

Ordered this product for my granddaughter who graduated from preK, and she loves it and could not put it down! She loves reading and really enjoys sitting quietly with a book, and the leapstart bundle has really sparked her interest even more. We love it!

our four year old loves this. it instantly became a favorite toy. we have already bought more books. I do wish it had more space. we haven't filled it up yet, but it looks like you can have about 5 or 6 books loaded at a time. some parents didn't seem to understand this, and think that it just stops working. Also, the cable it comes with is to load the books, NOT charge it. it takes double A batteries. so goid tot, good price

The kids love it. I gave it as a birthday present gift to the 5 year old grandson and his 2 year old sibling enjoys it as well.

I bought this toy for my three year-old son because he was showing signs that he was ready to start reading and it is a pretty cool reading device for little kids. I just wish the little books could somehow attached to the whole reading pad itself and not just lay in it because it will easily fall out other than that it's a pretty cool device for beginners that are learning their shapes letters, Numbers and colors. I do wish that it does come with advanced stages because my son already knows the things that are attached inside of the book but overall it is very nice.

I had a LeapStart growing up and LOVED it. They've definitely changed since I was a kid. Maybe I didn't read into it enough, but for it to even work you have to be able to connect it to a computer first. Luckily I had an old laptop, but I know a lot of people don't have computers anymore. Plus it's insane to me how much each book costs.

i ordered an item that was on sale. i was sent one that instead of it being a sale item, one that was clearanced out because it was a return or damaged. i would not suggest shine buy from Walmart a this isn't the first time the company has behaved unethically. buyer beware.

Set as instructed for it to not work at all!

This product was supposed to be a gift for my nephew but when it got to him, the box was opened and damaged. The product itself was defective and didn't work. So I'm not sure whether it was dropped and ripped open before it got to him or someone returned it and we got a returned item. Very disappointing.
