I gave the New Sprouts Chef Set to my grandson to accompany the toy kitchen he received for his birthday. He loves to watch me cook and use various appliances, and tries to imitate me. So now while he's either "cooking" at his kitchen or "helping" me cook, he has his own apron, mitt, and utensils! Such a great toy that can be used as a tool to teach life skills. The colors are bright and gender neutral. I wholeheartedly encourage parents of future Masterchef Jrs. to get this set!

Neon as this is the first apron and you cooking gear we have gotten it is very nice and easy to use. It goes great with the kitchen set our child has because they can act like a little chef. Yes if we were In the market we would purchase the New Sprouts Chef Set. It's great material and very well made. I was not aware of the New Sprouts Chef Set before this program. I have already told friends with children about New Sprouts Chef Set

My second youngest loves to help in the kitchen. He was so excited with this New Sprouts Chef set. He said he is a professional now. My only word of caution is the spoon and spatula are plastic and plastic does melt. My son wanted to get the cookies off the cookie sheet and burned a corner of the spatula. I explained the difference in his spatula(plastic) and mine(metal). "Sometimes you have to burn stuff" he said. Totally fun and teachable time.

Bought this for my grandchild for Christmas as it was on the wish list to own an apron. Not the highest quality around but not too bad!

This is a very basic kitchen outfit set which is great for imaginative play. The apron is very sturdy and easy to get on/off. The spatula and spoon are perfectly sized for a 2-4 yr old but I wish it came with a pot or a pan or something. My 2 yr old loved the apron but kept grabbing a small saucepan to add to his play. The oven mitt is a cute addition as well. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen so this is a great way to keep him occupied. This works well as an addition to a play oven because they usually don't come with an apron. I received this item for free in exchange for writing an unbiased review.

My daughter really enjoyed playing with these items in her play kitchen. The oven mit is made of quality material and the apron with pocket is a lot of fun. The apron could be improved with Velcro across the entire strap so it's easier to fit on different sized children.

This Sprouts Chef Set is so cute and well made and i would buy it again i reccomend anyone with kids get this for there children its so cute and fun an playful my little ones loved it and play with it everyday they love getting to help mommy and pretent to be a chef and cook very nice

This child's Chef set kit is cute. I like the packaging. It comes with an apron, and oven mitt that's child-sized, a spatula, and a spoon. My son liked the spoon and the spatula but that's about it, but he is also only 2. A child that's a little bit older, maybe 3 or 4 would probably play with the apron and the mitten more. My only complaint about it is that I think that it would be nice if the set included at least one pan or pot. I understand that it won't contain food, but it seems kind of weird to only have a spatula and spoon, with no pan or something for them to play with. Kids love to mix up and put things in pots and pans, so I probably wouldn't buy this unless it had that in it other than that it is cute and my son does like it.
