Pain to setup and operate
They don't work with Google or Alexa, there are NO INSTRUCTIONS in the box, and to top it off, the application will say the lights are all on or off but they're not. If you don't mind having lights that work some of the time and can't be turned off vocally, these are just meh.

Not what I expected
This sucks you don't supply the app for the lights I was expecting to use out of the box you advertised smart lights but they were regular lights and I have to get my own smart light controller and not even sure if it will work and I may have to pay an subscription this is not what I ordered or expect, not happy you don't even offer an app, one that will for sure work with this product to fulfill what order I paid for.
