Legion Athletics Pulse Pre-Workout Supplement, Pina Colada, Naturally Sweetened With No Added Sugar, 350mg Caffeine, 20 Servings, High Performance Energy & Focus Powder

perfect amount of caffeine. love everything from this company!

I can't live without this pre-workout! It's absolutely perfect for my needs. Unlike other products I've tried, it doesn't give me the jitters, but it provides just the right amount of energy to power through my workouts. I feel focused and energized without any crash afterward. It's become an essential part of my routine, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their performance without the uncomfortable side effects!

I've used this consistently for over 4 years now and don't have any plans to change. For a product to still be this effective and appealing after this time is awesome. The flavors are amazing and every new one that's released seems to be exactly what was needed.

This powder works well for my early morning gym sessions, but I get really itchy from it. It can almost be distracting during the workouts, but then it wears off/calms down about 20 minutes in or so.

I love the Pulse product in general and a lot of their other flavors are awesome but this new one didn't do very well with myself or clients. Generally, it lacked any taste whatsoever, and it definitely didn't hit anywhere near the Red Gummy Fish flavor unfortunately. I was hoping this one would crush but they missed it this go around.

Taste is good, pump is fine, energy is average. Powder came clumpy. I have to mix it the night before my workout so it has time to fully mix with the water n not have to chew the clumps. Second time I had this problem maybe it's just how the flavor gets.

This product seems to have a good effect, but it is ruined for me by the taste of stevia. Please release either an unsweetened, or a real sugar version.

Other than how it comes because it's not sealed properly it is a good product. They should just seal the inside like they do the preworkouts and it would eliminate this problem.

I was expecting better flavoring in this pre workout. The flavor isn't exactly there, it's like unflavorful. I usually workout in the morning and after taking it, I felt nothing. I wouldn't suggest this unless this is your first time purchasing pre-workout and dont want anything strong. I tried it a couple different times and was unsatisfied with this.

I tried it once and will not be using any more. This flavor was so chalky and gross. Beyond drinking it, I kept burping it up and reliving the horror.
