Lego City Advent Calendar 2022

This advent calendar is the highlight of the season for the kids. No matter how old they have gotten they still love getting a surprise every day and putting these together - they are adorable !

Out of all the '22 Lego Advent Calendars, I thought this one looked the best in regards to the actual holiday it celebrates. My kid looks forward to opening it up every morning. The included picture flap of each item is enough for them to figure out how to put it together.

I like the concept and the fact that each day comes with something small to build. I love the mini-figures and all of the little Holiday-themed building items for the different days. Would definitely buy again!

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. My kids are going to freak out when they receive this Lego advent calendar! I had no idea these existed and I don't think you can get a better advent calendar of any type for the price! Some of the days are well-detailed small builds and others are cute minifigs. There's even a fold down mat for them to play on with all their new Legos. This will extend the feeling and anticipation of Christmas while also keeping them occupied with imagination for days. I am absolutely ecstatic about this gift! I want to get myself one!

These are awesome because every day is a new surprise and a great way to help them understand how close Christmas is. I love that it has different figures for them so that they can play role play with the Lego sets they already put together. It also has a neat flip down lid with a winter scene for more imaginative play. This is a great addition to any lego set or a great starter set for those that don't have any yet.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. My kid gets a LEGO advent calendar every year and they are always something she looks forward to. I showed her this and she said "I love this!" It feels lightweight, but each days has something to build. The box even folds out to be used as part of the scene. It is a very good gift.

We are on day 12 and today is the second day we got the wrong Lego bag in the advent. The first was a duplicate of an earlier one…but the picture(directions) showed something different. Today we got random legos that we have no clue how to put together as they are not what the instructions show should be there and there isn't even a picture anywhere on the box of the type of legos we got. Cute idea but so far 2/12 days messed up which is a bummer.

Box was shipped in just a bubble envelope, so it was crushed during shipping. Some damage looks pre-shipping, as it appeared to have been previously opened and retaped in one place. It is in no condition to gift to anyone. At the sale price, I'll keep it for the Minifigures.
