The title really says it all! Super Sonic is just a nice bonus. The Biolizard was a bit more complex of a build than I thought it was going to be, but the interesting pieces made for a fun learning experience. Highly recommend. All Hail Shadow!
Great set! As a long-time Sonic fan who played Sonic Adventure 2 as one of their first games, I absolutely love this thing. More detailed thoughts: • It's a pretty sturdy model with good posability, great for display purposes. • Roughly the size of a bearded dragon, which I find funny. • A little unwieldy when grabbing it in the most natural place to do so, around the midsection, which causes the life support machine on the back to pop off if you squeeze too hard. The piece that pops off is pretty strong though, didn't break apart even when falling onto a tile floor from about 4 feet up. I can only hope that Sonic is a long-running theme for LEGO. There's so many things to take inspiration from and they'd all make fantastic builds! Would absolutely love a large-scale model of the Space Colony ARK with the Final Hazard attached or a brick-built version of Metal Overlord from Sonic Heroes (maybe with a Neo Metal Sonic minifigure?) Or Perfect Chaos from Sonic Adventure! 😁
My grandson loves themed character Lego sets! He wanted to assemble it immediately after he opened it. Was at the appropriate age level for him per given age level on box; needed minimal assistance. He was so excited with final product when it was completely assembled! Another winner by Lego!

Difficult to get together
My kiddo loves his sonic lego set! Very easy to read instructions and very nice tight fitting pieces:)
My grandson loved them. He can't wait to build them! He loves Sonic! He draws sonic all the time. Will look neat as models in his room!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son was so excited to put this together. It only took him about 3 hours to get it put together. He has obsessively played with it since he got it put together. There are a lot of moving parts on it, and it does way more than I expected.
Overall great gift, my son loves it and plays with it everyday but it had a missing part which was disappointing for the price we paid. We opened the package carefully on top of a platform that has lifted edges to assure nothing rolls away. Luckily my son is young enough to not notice the missing part.
Looks like it's made for a small child, not an 11 year old but it is what he requested and it arrived quickly
