LEGO Star Wars Executor Super Star Destroyer Building Set for Adults - Darth Vader Collectible Model Kit, Ages 18+ - Gift for Birthdays - 75356

My Grandson was home sick, with the flu, for a whole week! I was looking for a way to cheer him up. He loves Lego-StarWars. So, I had Walmart deliver this set to him. It did not shorten the duration of his illness..but it kept his mind off being sick. He smiled for the first time in a week!

great prices on this item and good value for the money. came quickly. box was very slightly damaged but customer service took care of it immediately

Original packaging. Arrived on time

The set came in solid condition, and shipping was quick and smooth.Overall solid purchase.

Product is correct. Boxes slightly damaged on the edges, but does not look to be tampered with.

Bought as a gift at a discount during Black Friday. Sadly the stickers for the bricks were missing. You can usually order replacement stickers on Legos site, but they were unavailable and “retired”.

I still don't have this yet.. I placed order For black Friday during thanksgiving for two of these. I only received one. one did not show up so I had a new one sent out from Walmart as a replacement. I still do not have this replacement! Was supposed to be here yesterday and today it's “arriving late”. Just like the last one I never got..I've never had issues with a replacement also being lost in the mail. I'm hoping it shows up but so far worst ordering experience ever..

If I could give this a 0 star, I would. I have been given the runaround TWICE now over this product. I had ordered it on Black Friday for $40 but kept getting notifications because the order was delayed. I was trying to figure out where my order was so I was talking to the Customer Service AI bot. The bot CANCELLED my order WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and then couldn't reorder it for me for the same price I paid for it. I was finally forwarded to an actual person who also couldn't price match the item for me so they informed me that I could buy the item again and then reach back out once I received it to get a FULL refund. I verified that statement with the customer service agent 3 times and requested the transcript of the conversation in case I had any issues. Well, two days later, I got a different agent who told me that I was given false information. Great. I again asked them to make it right for me and they "couldn't" so they told me they were going to escalate it to the Billing Department and ask that they manually give me the refund I was promised. I was told the Billing Department would reach out to me within a couple of days. It's been OVER A WEEK. I didn't even want a full freaking refund... I just wanted to be able to pay $40 for it as that's what I paid for it in the first place. The stupid AI bot is the one that cancelled my order against my wishes and now the customer service agents just keep trying to get rid of me whenever I talk to them, promising things they shouldn't be promising. DO BETTER.

Delivery was made to the wrong house. I didn't receive. Got a refund. Tried to buy a second time but price doubled. Delivery person needs to Delivery items to correct address!!

Item was delivered with just a address label put directly on the the box. There was no over packing of the box. The label on the item damaged the box when removed. This was a birthday present and a collectable item.
