LEGO Technic Ford F-150 Raptor 42126 Model Building Kit; Enjoy an Immersive Build Recreating the Features and Functions of the Powerful Ford F-150 Raptor Pickup Truck (1,379 Pieces)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where to begin, I have experience with Lego when I was younger but this is my first attempt at the technic range. With that in mind it took me a total of 6hrs to construct following the instructions which were very clear and step by step. This was an average of 2 hours per stage which there was 3 and the contents were bagged and numbered relating to each stage which made finding the pieces easier. The finished product was visually very accurate to the ford raptor in real life with a lot of attention to the small details. Being able to open and close the doors and bonnet is a nice touch with the ability to steer using the control in the roof. It also seems a very solid build that you don't have to be very gentle with. Overall I am really impressed and it lives up to the Lego brand. I would recommend for a hobbyist that has some time on their hands and enjoys all the technical details.

When I opened the shipping box I was impressed on how well the box looked, the impression continued further, when I looked inside the instruction manual all those details and information where a very nice extra(I know most of it can be found on Google,but still ) when building the set I was very excited to finish it, some steps where challenging but a easy experience overall. Now when I built the set I was impressed by the level of detail and functionality in this model (I Know the 42110 has more but the price....) It was a joy to play with the suspension, steering and driving the engine. The only negatives I can think of is the lack of a functional steering wheel and also the lack of re enforcement on the front axle, It really takes 6 cheap parts to fix.(And also the price for European countries ) But in Canada this set has a great value . Thanks Lego for making a Ford pickup truck!

Absolutely amazing attention to detail. Very solid build quality. Lego never stops amazing me on what they are capable of for the technic line :)

My 9 year old was very excited to build this set. He built it in about a week, but like other reviewers was disappointed that it didn't roll smoothly due the front wheels bowing out. He quickly saw that as an opportunity to use more Lego and used 3 technic beams and 4 pins from home to connect the front wheels to make sure they stay aligned. It rolls perfectly smooth now and still turns as it was designed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing detail on this raptor f-150, not only is it great fun to build but it has loads of small working details, like the pistons in side the engine doors opening and closing, suspension. The instructions are clear and all marked in separate bags so you don't need to have loads of small parts around you arnt using its a great size aswell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An excellent project, this took many hours but totally worth it. So many pieces but a great time sorting them out and putting it together. make sure you have a safe area to build it as you can't do it in one sitting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What to say about this piece, I'm not a huge fan of legos, but my son is. The box said it was a job for 18 and up, my 13 year old son was able to finish it in 3 days. This car model is very well done, and doors open and wheels turn. It is a bit bulky though, so if you don't have enough space, it's better not to take it. Another thing I didn't like, so I only give 4 stars, is that I went to check the Lego website to see if there were pieces available in case of problems., And unfortunately there aren't any. For such a valuable piece there should be. For the rest very beautiful and well done.

The model itself is not very good, but the set of parts for this money is amazing. But there were badly dented stickers in my box 😖😖

Steering linkage is over simplified. The front wheels bow out when suspension is depressed. Then the truck cannot drive as wheels are not parallel any longer - both facing outwards. I didn't see anyone else complain about this so I'm hoping Lego can advise. We looked over everything and couldn't find any flaws in our building. He has the Land Rover and loves it but is a bit disappointed at this. Can't really play with it. I wish they made it a bit more expensive/more pieces and made it better quality. Upload Photo button didn't work. Not sure if that's because I'm rating it low...
