I used this for the first time a d used to packs as instructed and then used the wipe to clean the inside, especially the rubber band. Let me tell you it did an awesome job! Smelled amazing andrhe wipes worked so great to clean in the rubber band! Its been over a week now since I used it and still smells great! This will be a new favorite of mine and will be part of my new routine! Highly recommend!

It cleaned the hard water spots and that musty smell that occasionally happens when your husband forgets to leave the lid up to air it out. The package comes with litte wipey things to keep all the nooks and crannies clean. No crazy chemicals or strong smells. Just simply clean.

Plus, they also give you machine wipes to pick up any leftover residue. The citric extracts gives your washer that lemony, clean smell.

It improves the detergent performance & leaves no spots or films on the dishes. I have no complaints at all about the washing machine cleaner plus the wipes! Actually Im a huge fan and definitely will be purchasing in the future the smell is wonderful light, lemon, crisp! perfect for those that have hard water and use their washing machines very frequently as it makes cleaning a breeze! definitely would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use, I doubled up on my first wash with two packets. Wipes are nice and thick, good for wiping down. Would have wanted a stronger lemon scent! The powder package dissolved and sounded like it did some good cleaning when dropped in water. Would consider buying as part of a housewarming gift.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked this washing machine cleaner. It didn't remove stains in liner but it did make the washer smell amazing. I hadn't cleaned my washer in forever ! I liked how each packet was individually portioned for convenience. The wipes enclosed didn't do much but again, my washer was pretty dirty. Overall, I think with regular use, this product is pretty good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is a great idea. I liked the smell of the powder and the condition it left my washer after using. The cloth they give is too small so I had to use 2 of them which resulted in there not being enough to finish with the powder packs. I highly recommend they double the size of the cloth and potentially make it a little more moist. I dont think I would buy this product again because my non toxic lemon spray + baking soda method is a lot more cost efficient but I recommend to try it for yourself. Its not terrible.

I just bought this October 19, 2025 because my washing machine on October 18 indicated “clean machine” on the front light up panel. So I was excited to do that as I want to take care of my brand new washer not even two years old yet. I bought this product and used it as instructed. I poured the powder in the drum and washed it on the hot cycle. I'm hoping it cleaned my machine. I have not been able to tell yet because I'm still too busy looking at this discoloration it caused on the seal. If I would've known this was going to happened I would not have used the product. To be honest it feels like the gasket needs to be treated with something now… it feels dry, which means I hope it doesn't start to crack and crumble.
