These are a little gritty but they're good. Make sure you are drinking water when taking these because when I took the serving size which is four I got really backed up.

I'm not kidding you when I say I have tried EVERYTHING to get some definition in my arms and THIS HAS FINALLY BEEN MY ANSWER!! I've been going to the gym for years and absolutely nothing and then like a week of taking these?? are you kidding me?? I'M NEVER GOING BACK

I only gave four stars because the flavor is kind of chalky and all the Gummies are clumped together in the container because there was no moisture absorbing packet. I've only been using it for a month, but I think it is starting to help with my muscle recovery. I will give it another try, as I am a subscription customer, but I think I will do it in a different flavor and see if that makes a difference. I will let you know after the next round if my opinion changes.

The taste, flavor, and texture are really great for this product! Unfortunately, I did not see any improvements in my workouts or how my body felt after workouts. I thought i would give Lemme a try but I don't think the quality fully lives up to what it promises.

I wish I had realized that one daily serving is 4 gummies. And these are the biggest gummies I have ever seen. They taste okay, but not good enough for me to be taking them like it's my full-time job and buying them twice per month. Might work for others, but not sustainable for me.

I'm not into any creatine gummies. They are hard to chew. I love all Lemme products besides the creatine gummies.
