Perimenopause has been so tough on me, I've been taking these a few weeks and have been sleeping so much better according to my Fitbit, my brain fog is gone, I have the energy to workout again and have nearly every day! I take half the dose and it works like magic!
I have used powders for so long, and have been struggling to use powders every day. I haven's used gummies because its so hard to get a 5g dose, but I am so glad these gummies give you that dosage. Also glad its NSF certified and vegan! Excellent product and highly recommend.
Not really sure I need this but I'm trying it out. I have such faith in all things in the Lemme line, I'm willing to give it a try and see how I feel.
I’m seriously impressed! They’re so convenient — no mixing powders or dealing with chalky shakes. Just grab and go, which has made it so much easier to stay consistent with my creatine routine. The flavor is great (much better than traditional supplements), and they don’t leave any weird aftertaste. I feel like my workout performance has noticeably improved, especially on strength and endurance days — and recovery seems faster too. Highly recommend if you want results without the hassle!
I’ve been using the creatine gummies for a good month and a half now and can say I’ve noticed a small difference in muscle but recovery wise my muscles are recovery quickly and I’m not as sore. I do think I need to use them more before a good opinion can be given but so far I do love them and the taste is amazing!!!
The lemme creatine is not as sweet as other lemme products that I have tried in the past, however it’s the best creatine gummy I have tried so far. I’ve had a few different brands and didn’t even finish the bottle. However, I would love if the bottle was enough for 30 days, instead of 15. I just purchased two more for the month of February. I also like that the serving size is 4, as other gummies is usually 5 for the same 5g of creatine, and believe me the less gummies I have to take the better. My experience with energy, on ovulation week paired with this I hit new PR’s, it’s not a crazy amount of energy but you will definitely feel that extra power to push through. Lastly, make sure you drink enough water, on the days that I didn’t drink enough water I didn’t experience bloating as creatine often does, but I was very thirsty.
1 serving is 4 gummies and there's only 60... Would've been better if it was a full 30 day supply especially since a monthly subscription is offered, but its only a 15 day supply. If two bottles a month or more gummies were offered I would subscribe. I workout 4x a week, so buying this twice a month is not practical for me or others who exercise often or are looking to take as a daily supplement.
It is definitely my own fault for not reading more into the servings, but one jar is hardly enough for two weeks! For the price and the amount that you get, it’s not worth it IMO.
I'm sad I bought these. I'm hooked on lemme sleep and thought why not? 4 of these for 5g of creatine is not worth it and it doesn't help that they taste horrible. Since I paid for them I try to at least take 2 a day. They taste so bad I have to force myself to take them 😩
Longtime Lemme fan. But these Creatine gummies aren’t it. I have a subscription for Lemme Fiber, Debloat, and Glow. And I love Lemme Chill and Sleep. Wanted to love the Creatine gummies just as much as I do my faves but, I don’t. Meh. The taste is fine. It’s the consistency I don’t like. But I haven’t met a Creatine gummy that I do like so I think Creatine gummies are a miss all around.
