I bought this for a teenager. She loves the color, size, and function. I'm glad I went with this instead of a more expensive option.
Great graphics, size, and responsive keyboard. Really like the touch screen for games. Overall good buy.
Beautiful laptop for the price. I think it's the best thing going right now. Fast, well built, many great features, screen is gorgeous, battery life is amazing. Super happy with my purchase. Definitely worth buying if you're looking for an inexpensive laptop. Highly recommend. Walmart was super fast with shipping too. Look no further with this one.
It was perfect for what I needed.
great and touch screen works perfectly
The battery life on this computer (compared to my old MacBook at least) is insane. I no longer have to worry about carrying my charger everywhere with me. It doesn't have the capability to run all the same softwares as a Mac or PC but what it can run never drains your battery like they would a Mac, and the laptop has never overheated on me. Overall, it's lightweight and easy to use. I would recommend it if your just looking for a basic laptop.
I needed to replace a very old iMac very quickly; I was a little concerned about the screen size and different operating system initially. Overall I've been really pleased with this device - the build quality is excellent (it feels and works like it is well made and of good materials) and it's very easy to use. No issues with the screen size, it 'fits' everything I need. I find it to be very fast and capable for general web-based computing; the hard drive is a good size and I had no issues with transitioning myself to Chrome OS. It's extremely lightweight to carry, the battery lasts a long time, and doesn't get hot when you're using it on your lap. The only negatives I've found are that it struggles a bit with working with large files in cloud storage (which is to be expected), and if I leave it for awhile on 'sleep' when I get back on, the cursor and touchpad sometimes disappear and the only way to get them to work again is to shut it down and reboot. I suspect that's a software issue but haven't investigated it fully yet, not enough of an issue to be a concern for me. I wasn't thrilled with Walmart when I first received the package as the original box had been put in another larger one which was given to me completely crushed, but thankfully the computer inside wasn't harmed.
PROS Solid for browsing, emailing, YT, Netflix, very light games, etc. 13 hour battery. Modern look and feel. Nice for a second screen/ laptop. Forward-looking with Wifi 6. Feels sturdy. Light weight. Very good touch pad and keys for tying. SD card slot for more saving space. Solid affordable laptop. Overall feels more expensive. CONS Slow when multi-tasking. Slow when using large docs in Drive. I'd prefer more RAM. I understand from reviews that sound is sub-par but I don't notice with headphones and I did not get it for that anyways.
I have instructed Walmart to bring directly to my door or it will get stolen. I have also told UPS that it's right in writing and they did not bring it to my door again. Do they even read the instructions? I don't know where it is, but it says it's delivered.
it wasn't what I wanted and I had to return it. it was still brand new. took it out of the box and put it right back. that was a horrible experience. the only helpful people were in person at the store and their hands were tied. over 2 weeks to get my money back.
