I must admit the product is as easy as phone to use. It's light weight and easy to carry around. For me the batter life last at least 2 days based on my usage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this laptop and it has been a few weeks of use now. I love the dark blue almost black color and the overall finish. The touchscreen feature comes in handy often especially when viewing videos and you want to pause. It serves its purpose of a basic laptop. One downside is the battery life being really short so there is a constant need to charge it.

I haven't had the computer long. It's not working. Because of how long it's been in the warehouse it has no warranty. This is extremely frustrating to a customer. Never dropped this pc. Never did anything to damage the PC. I am sitting here mad because I didn't do anything to pc.

This doesn’t have the number keypad as pictured. I was hoping Walmart just sent me the wrong laptop so I scanned the UPC in the app and it pulled up this computer. Be aware the picture isn’t accurate.

I purchased 2 of the same laptop. One of the laptops has no audio. I installed the drivers as requested by the help desk but still to output device for audio. They did call me back but I was unable to take the call. When I returned their call they said it would be another 24-48 hours before I get another call from a tech. They also defaulted my warranty period to 8 months instead of the 1 year that it comes with. So now I have to go through the hassle of getting this corrected as well. So far not impressed. Waiting to see what kind of excuses I get. May just take it back to store and get a refund before that period expires too:(

Bought this laptop brand new, First connected the charger then went to turn it on but never turn on it had the black screen but nothing coming up. The power button was on and the charging light was on. But never got to actually even set up! Will never buy this again!
