I've only just used this a few days but I love it so far. I am glad I chose 14" vs the 15.6". As much as I love a bigger screen, this is much lighter and more portable. I spent a long time comparing models and a few brands. This one met the specs I need and the price point. It's pretty confusing when there are so many models out there with just slight differences. Set up was relatively quick and painless.

So far, so good! My 3 yr. old HP laptop croaked and I needed another one asap. The HP was nothing but trouble since the day I bought it so I was not unhappy that it finally died! A friend recommended trying Lenovo. So far, I love everything about it. It is fast and easy to navigate all the bells and whistles the HP did not have. I especially love that it has much more memory than my previous one. I am secretary for a couple of organizations which means I need a dependable computer. This is it!

I like Lenovo fairly well and I think they are a little under rated brand. In comparison to some more popular brands, it fairs as well if not better. I have a Lenovo Tablet that works perfectly and has done so without fail, for many years. I'm not a huge fan of windows but Lenovo simply makes it better. This laptop is very good but a little short on memory so keep that in mind.

This was a great price for a student computer. With education moving more and more online, the computer that you have will be critical to your student's success.

Good product for school, very portable, four start due the TM display, there's an appreciably color bright difference compared with an IPS display of same dimensions and resolution.

I never gave a bad review in my life, but I believe it was a unfortunate event. I had Lenovo laptop prior this one and it was the reason to buy it again. I used it for 6 days and on the 7th day the laptop lid started acting weird, if I touch the lid or the screen the screen blacked out, computer went to sleep mode. It was impossible to use it. I have been working in IT for more than 30 years so I knew that it was NOT a display driver that got corrupted or some Windows update that gone bad. I had to returned to Walmart and I am waiting for the refund.

Laptop works great when it works. Within 2 weeks of buying it, it has completely frozen and had to be force restarted 4 times. I had only installed one or two things, like chrome. It is currently away at the Lenovo repair center. Brand new laptop and is broken from the factory! Ill update my review if it comes back and works better. Idk whether to leave a good or bad review, maybe it was just my luck? Seems like a good laptop aside from the freezing.

Having used this laptop for 3 months mostly for zoom calls, I have come across problems with the microphone. Out of the box everything worked fine, but with more use it seems like the microphone gets more staticky.

Lenovo website and users guide says this has a backlit keyboard. This product does not. Lenovo is not help as they say some do not have it but the serial number says it is suppose to have one. Lenovo will do nothing they said to return it to Walmart. Walmart took it backwith no problem.

5 days is all I had this computer before it stopped working. After it completed an update I then got the black screen of death. I promptly returned. Don't waste your money!
