It was simply amazing: I ordered 07/28/21. The delivery date was Aug 03, but I honestly needed the laptop to start studying exactly on that day. I am not a gamer so I bought it for studying and personal stuff! God is so good! Walmart plus Affirm surprised me: It arrived 07/30 ! So far, I simply love my new laptop! It's a great product from LENOVO! Ah, I sign in with my fingerprint! Soo fast! Woo-hoo!
Great price for a college student's laptop! Lots of storage with the ability to expand. I love that I can flip it to watch videos or read essays with ease! Work meets play in this affordable device. Highly recommend for all incoming college students! You won't be disappointed
Bought because none of the other units on display had functional touch screens. This unit reacted as I expected it to, actually worked. But beware, comes with win10 S, and it's encrypted (hard drive). So it says to backup your encryption key if you want a local user. Also you MUST register an email or phone with MS in order to register unit, then move (one time only) to win10 home through MS Store. I had to reset the win10 to erase my first failed attempt to set up the unit to my needs. Hey, and it still works! Great!
I like the touchscreen and how it is simple and easy. I also like how I can use my fingerprint to log in.
I was looking for something that had touchscreen and was thin and lightweight and I'm so happy with this purchase. The quality is great. I have been using it to work from home and it has been able to keep up. The webcam quality is great too! and I love that it comes with a switch to hide the camera when it's not in use. It does come with Windows S but it was very easy to take it off of those settings and I was able to download Chrome, Netflix and other streaming apps. The touchscreen is very responsive. It also has a fingerprint scanner to unlock the screen and it's been convenient. Love this purchase! I am very happy.
Nice flexible portable laptop/tablet. Very responsive touch screen. Thin profile and easy to use. Only feature which is a bit problematic is the fingerprint reader. Otherwise the unit functions better than I expected.
The setup was easy, and I love the touchscreen. The only thing I don't like is it is Windows not Chrome
I would have loved to use this laptop but as soon as i received it, it look like someone tried opening it then when i turned it on and started to mess with it i couldn't get passed the beginning of setting it up, i had to click the button 3 times just for it to move on and the mouse kept getting stuck
I bought this in June and didn't really use it until August when school started. It worked fine at first but now all it does is Blue Screen when I need it the most. It keeps saying “driver_power_state_failure” but when I look up the error code online none of the advice helps. Now, the laptop wont even boot, and if it does the fans turn on to 100% and the keyboard and mouse don't activate. When it does work, it works wonderfully, but when you rely on a laptop to do everything, it kind of messes you up when it doesn't work. Would not recommend.
Keeps crashing on me. haven't downloaded anything and have even tried completely resetting it Twice. Also, when it sleeps it will not respond so you have to do a hard reboot everytime. No, I am not a codger. I grew up with computers and should have learned my lesson a long time ago that Lenovo makes bad hardware Returning this garbage and spending more for a Dell.
