Bought as a Mother's Day gift for my wife; it's still in the box until then. My son informed me that they use it at work and said it is great. One thing I'm not happy about; I paid $349 (+tax) and while waiting for delivery, I went on your website and it is shown as out of stock for $299. WHY is it now $50 cheaper.???

This laptop started off great, I've been using it since April and now it dies randomly. It'll be on 90% and within 2 minutes be on 0% and shutting down in the middle of my work. It gets extremely hot and takes very long to do updates. Only gave it 2 stars because it's still working...

click and wait and wait.....this computer is sooooo slow and does updates all the time......did i say click and wait and wait.....we're not talking about 5 seconds more like 30 seconds.....the best one is "google is unresponsive".....yes i know it is on the lower scale of laptops but my toshiba was the best and it finally died.....but this laptop is not woth $1......click and wait and wait

i was a fan of lenovo, bought one from best buy a few years back and loved it. i was excited about getting another one but was so disapointed when we got it and got it running. absolutely hands down the slowest computer in ever had the pleasure of dealing with. i dont know if it needed updates (which i tried to do). or if the drivers needed updating or what but it was the worst.
