Solid TV at a good price

RhysDvies April 30, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just put it up in my daughters room. She very much likes the TV. We do not get terrestrial channels on it, but she uses all the inbuilt streaming services.

Good tv for the bedroom

Topcat February 15, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fairly easy to set up, great picture and good sound. It would be better to have a central stand instead of the 2 plastic legs at either end. Remote doesnt have an alexa button so not sure how you can use the remote with the tv.

Screen OK, operating system gets in the way

PaulN September 4, 2024

The TV worked out of the box (as expected). It was replacing an older and faulty LG 32" that was not SMART. The picture and performance is good again as expected since this was the reason for buying LG anyway. The SMART system takes time to set up and as I was simply trying to make the TV work with a BT smart system, I only needed the TV to act as a screen really (I would explore the TV smart stuff later). I found this process and the potential for confusion was high as the screen displays a lot of clutter, options are not especially intuitive and I could not find how to do things that I had to find on line from others. OK for someone graduating from a just older system but not for a newcomer.

Very glad I changed to this LG TV.

Stephen H July 3, 2025

After many years and many TVs of another make I had enough and it was recommended that I went back to LQ who I'd stopped buying many years ago. I was very pleased I did. This set has a far better picture, very responsive action to the remote, good sound and the bonus of extra LG Channels. If there's an issue, and it's getting less as I learn, is moving around all the different on screen options and there is a lot. The new white frame is a very nice and welcome touch. Overall very happy with the TV.

Good value TV and does what it says on the tin

AJC01 April 10, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pleased with my new LG. Easy to set up and register for all the apps. Feet are tricky to attach. they don't click in. The opening screen has ads and it takes a while to find the tv guide.

Good TV, needs a quick manually guide for set up

Mrs Carter January 13, 2025

This is the first smart TV we have ever brought. We got a 32" which is plenty bigger enough for the size of our room. The picture quality is good and there is a good number of channels including catch up ones. The only down size for us was trying to set it up as there really is no manual quick guide to how to set it up. You only get a page showing how to put on the feet and where the plugs go. I had to spend a number of hours online watching video's of how to set it up and what all the buttons on the remote control do. You do also need to set up an LG Account.

Brilliant Full HD 32in TV

Microbe March 30, 2025

This is a perfect bedroom smart TV. It's only 32 inches, but is full HD with both Freeview Play and Freesat tuners. It has all the usual catchup apps plus acces to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and other streamers. I am very pleased with this TV and it was a bargain.

Terrible instructions

Marg57 September 12, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv looks good it came without any instructions. So tried to download them to no avail. Trying to install the programs is a nightmare. No idea what some of the instructions meant eventually got the tv working . Some instructions do not work with the basic remote they give you It says you have to buy the magic eye remote Connected my sky q which was easy. When you turn tv on it goes directly to lg Home Screen so you have to find the sky app then it's all ok. Tried pairing it to my sky app but it will not accept it. Rang sky for help but their remote will not pair. So they are sending me a new one free of charge. All together I am not very happy Oh and they do not supply the screws for putting it on the wall. All in all not good a good experience

Not a good purchase

emorton82 April 3, 2026

This is a really disappointing TV especially for the cost. The sound is dreadful, as is the colour of the picture. It's like a TV from 30 years ago. Don't waste money on it
