We set it up in our dining room so we could finally enjoy some cool air while we eat in a hot summer day (I love having coffee for breakfast!). It's cool the room within an hour and stays cool, also the remote comes in handy so you don't have to constantly get up to change the speed, temp or setting. It is big so you definitely want two people to set it up on the window so you won't end up hurting yourself. I purchased a plexiglass and cut it to size to place it on top of the ac because our window slides left to right instead of up and down. It's nice that unlike the portable acs that we have in the other rooms, this window ac doesn't take up much space so I didn't have to move my dining table too much! About 260 Sq. Ft. Open area including a section of our kitchen

It came with everything you need to install it which was pretty easy to follow and install. You can also control it from an app on your phone, the remote, or on the air conditioner it's self. I absolutely love this air conditioner and highly recommend it if you're looking for a new one.

I'm really impressed with how quiet it is and how quickly it cools down the room. I'm very glad having it for my living room instead of using the central air conditioner! Saving lots of energy! Easy to install and cool room quickly and quietly! Seems to be much more energy efficient as well, since it cools without overvworking it. Love that i can controll from my Google or app on my phone and turn on from anywhere. Another cool feature is if power goes out, AC turns itself back on when power is restored. If you looking for a new AC unit, this is the one!

It's pretty straightforward and controls are available on the unit itself with the remote as added convenience. Connects to the WiFi and status are all indicated in the small panel.

We decided to put in our frog room. It was a pretty easy setup with clear instructions given. The cooling capacity is so amazing! It cools the room within several minutes, and it puts out so much refreshing, cool air. The 4-way air deflection is convenient for those super hot moments when you want the air to flow in certain directions. The air conditioner is easy to operate with simple functions. I especially love using the remote control and Amazon Alexa feature. They respond well, and together, they are helpful to have when you don't feel like getting up. It doesn't run loud, and it creates a peaceful, relaxing and cool environment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this item a month ago and I am somewhat not convinced of a happy purchase!First off the A.c came damaged with dents luckily I purchased insurance and took pictures, the ac is great and very powerful but the Thin Q program isn't very effective and isn't very smart , it is a hassle to connect Bluetooth or Wi-Fi with your device and was complicated to install , this device is great but to run it with Thin Q Program is very Complex and frustrating at times , I do recommend this device but if you're trying to use This device smart Thin q program I wouldn't recommend it .
