"I wanted a tv with numbers on the remote, I had a new tcl and hated scrolling to change channels, it was the higher priced 50"" but had better reviews"
This set is ultra clear and uses only the provided remote for all the regular cable channels. Great to navigate even for this senior!
I rated the product with 4 stars for overall satisfaction because of the aforementioned holes in the box of the TV.
The box was semi open and after inboxing the tv we realized that the remit control was missing. Please send a remote control
Upset that the FedEx delivery guy just dropped the television on our concrete block patio. I was standing right there as he did this. It was not an accident he just hoisted it off his shoulder and intentionally dropped it. So far the Television is working.
I purchased this Television a few weeks ago and unfortunately I am unimpressed thus far. It is not as efficient, clear or precise as I was led to believe. So far it is lack luster in performance, picture and appears to be a bit sluggish.
Absolutely torqued that LG now requires an account to use apps. This is a travesty, pay hundreds if not over a thousand dollars for a TV and now they want to sell your data and make even more money. What a shame.
With the TV I bought the install option, the installer scheduled through Angi, and never showed up. Now, Ithe burden is me to reach out to Angi and sort things out?
Tv is good for only one person. All you have to do is angle a little left or right and the pictures color fades out. Even the old black and white gave a sharper picture. Don't expect any help with some satisfactory solution. Will still continue to buy from Walmart, but will pay closer attention to who the supplier is. Product only works for a single person household.
Showed up broken. Unable to replace so only refunded the purchase price and lost the Black Friday price.
