They actually did send me the LG C4 instead of the C3 which was awesome because it has better features. This is the brightest, most vivid TV I have personally ever seen. A good way to describe it is that it will ruin any other older LED screen because they will all look inferior to this screen. Sometimes it's so bright at night after falling asleep watching a show, when you wake up to turn it off and go to sleep, you may get angry at just how bright the image actually is. I know I do. So if you want a tv that is so bright it will turn an otherwise happy man angry at 4am, this is the TV for you. 10/10 can't think of any truly negative things to say and will buy more in the future!
The Tv is so easy to set up and is clearly labelled with diagrams all the way from how to safely remove the tv from the box to how to set it up on the stand. The WebOs takes you through the very simple process of setting up your television. What I particularly liked was it showing you what the options such as the AI functions would do if you selected to use them. The AI picture plus and AI sound pro are really two stand out features on this model. This TV is replacing a 2020 Lg and if I'm honest I expected to see some difference but not to this level, the TV has really exceeded my expectations. The picture is so sharp and crisp I would say it is one of the best I've seen. I tried it out straight away on a variety of different media - watching Avatar in 4k which was just stunning and I think I enjoyed watching it more on this tv than at the cinema! The picture was just as spectacular for watching the golf, the blades of grass really stood out clear and I found the whole picture colour was vibrant without looking too artificial like I find in some tv's. I think if you took a photograph of the event you could almost pass it off as being there it was that good! There was also no lag or delay in using the screen mirroring on the tv from my phone or laptop. I normally take some of the advertising 'boasts' and jargon that are plastered over the box with a pinch of salt - however the 'brightness booster' wow.. This is really one very bright picture that aids to a vivid smooth watching with very well defined black and great contrast. Initially, like most modern TV's the sound didn't blow me away, but then most people do have some sort of sound bar set up these days and I suppose that is what I am comparing it with (which isn't really fair), It did however exceed my expectations and would be perfect for just watching the tv on it. There are so many features on this TV I've spent the last two weeks playing about with them every time I've been watching. The WebOS platform very user friendly (even technophobes granny and grandad have picked it up quickly!) It is really easy to switch using either direct buttons on the magic remote or through the WebOS home bar to all the most popular smart tv apps - netflix/disney etc. I'm already a fan of the point and click magic remote but if you are new to LG this is a great feature and stands out from a normal up/down remote I'm yet to find a negative about the TV and am still amazed every time I watch something different.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG OLED55C34LA is simply incredible. The picture quality is like having a private cinema at home — true blacks, vivid colors, and stunning depth. The sound is crisp and immersive. Every movie night feels like a special event! Huge thanks to LG and everyone involved in creating this masterpiece. You've brought real joy into our living room. Just grab the popcorn — and off to space!
I can't believe how thin my new LG ThinQ is. It was so easy to unbox and set up because of the weight. Programming the channels was easy as pie and that is saying a lot for a non-tekkie. I love the clear sharpness of the picture. I know I will enjoy this as much if not more than my LG dryer. I'm all in for LG products and now shopping for a new French door refrigerator.
Excellent TV, with great image and sound quality. I had it for over 6 months with no issues. I wish it had USB C for attaching USB C storage instances of USB A 3. But that did not impact my usage tbh.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new C3 pretty much gives us just what we wanted in moving up to a 4K TV. It's a 65-inch but fits perfectly in same spot that our previous 55-inch was in because of the virtually bevel-less design. It's all screen, and it's a beautiful screen. The finish is very reflective of strong light when not turned on, but such reflections aren't noticeable when it's on (and we do almost all of out TV watching at night in low light anyway). The default picture settings seem about right for most content we've watched so far, so I haven't played too much with those settings yet. We pipe the audio through an excellent 5.1 home theater system so the TV speakers aren't used at all. I've read reviews saying the stand allows the set to wobble but we haven't seen that at all, even though the TV table it's standing on is against a staircase and alongside a high-traffic area. Overall -- and especially for the price -- it's a pleasure to watch.
Great TV, excellent quality, brilliant picture, everything is fine including the stand not made of a cheap material. This is credit to LG. This is the second survey, not sure what happened to the first, that's on Walmart. Delivery was to be on a Saturday, then late on Saturday email sent to reschedule to following Monday only to be delivered on Sunday without any email notice. I was lucky I was here to sign for it. That was on Walmart %26 Fedex.
I odered this TV from Walmart, and they shipped the wrong one. So I returned it and ordered it again. They shipped the wrong one a second time. So I bought it somewhere else for the same price. The TV is great. This model is big enough but not overpowering, and the C3 lets you turn off any of the “AI” features. (This is NOT the case with the newer C4 which I would never buy.) Lots of HDMI ports, stream Hulu in 4K, no more Firestick! Super thin, tiny bezel, I am hopeful it will last like our prior Samsung LED TV (almost 14 years old, still going strong).
I've had an LG OLED 55 inch for 6 years.. .but not for much longer I'm afraid....there is a large shadow in the middle of the screen with horizontal lines right across. It is only visible on red screens at present, but I don't think it will last much longer
There should a negative 5 (-5) stars in this rating scale. The item delayed twice, made me wait at home for two days, and then it was delivered 132 miles away. But the customer service, after promising twice that they will ship a replacement, the upper management denied it and told me to go ahead and file a claim with my credit company. In my account profile I had the exact coordinates just to make sure that no one can miss the address. Also, Walmart should've dealt with the delivery company and not throw me under the bus.
