1am very very impressed with this Kissair company!! ordered this grill, and because it has not arrived in a timely manner, they have fully refunded my order! I only had to ask once, and they communicated quickly with no hassle. Very unusual in today's world, so thank you, Kissair!

We gifted this grill to our daughter and son-in-law as a housewarming gift it's a good starter grill for a couple. They love it. I would highly recommend it.

If you're looking for a small two burner grill, this does the job. But if you're not handy and have the right tools, the grill is a lot harder to put together than the instructions say. It took two of us to put it together and had to take a part of the legs twice to get them right. But in the long run, it was worth it

The listing indicated that side tables folded down which is something that I was really looking for and they most definitely do not. Otherwise I have no problem with it.

I would like to give all 5 stars and glowing report for this cute little grill. But I'm concerned that the gas supply to the control panel was put on backwards based on the pictures and running the gas line under the length of the grill under the grease catch instead of, as pictured, a simple out the left side directly to the tank. I've inquired, sent pictures, video and have not gotten any response back to let me know it's safe and I just live with the backwards connection or if I should bring it to an LP person to connect it the correct way. Bottom line, no response to my concerns.

This product was so bad that if I was the seller I would be so embarrassed to sell it. I wish that there were minus stars because this product would definitely get it. The legs were bent, holes didn't line up and when I got hold of the company they were only gonna give me half of my money back, what a joke, why would I pay for something that I couldn't use!

This bar-b-Q is terrible. It came with a faulty hose that leaked. After I bought another hose, the unit literally, but flames were coming out the front, not at the burner. A dangerous barbq that should not be used. Unfortunately I waited too long before using it and now cannot get my money back.

It's really not fair to do this review a week after the item was delivered. The packing was very impressive. Instructions were easy to follow. But a week later I am still missing one of the legs to hold this up. So far I've only gotten we are searching. Most likely I will return this and go purchase one out of the box already put together.

i went and bought this grill after they didnt deliver it properly to my house. went to clean the stainless steel rack and the coating came right off. not going to eat on this so i would like customer service to reach out

I can't even say if this Grill is any good. it came with a damaged part. it's taking me a month and I still have not got the part from the seller. but I can say it's flimsy as a wet noodle. I am making payments on something I can't even use. I put part of it together then got to a part that was damaged. the parts I did put together the screws keep coming loose. I'm just really tired of spending my money and getting crap in return.
