I tried some other brands of curcumin in the past and had stomach upset so I stopped. Recently I came across this one and read the reviews so I decided to try it out. I am so glad I did. I didn't have any stomach issues at all. I just completed a bottle. Looking forward to seeing good results with my joint aches & stiffness. I can already see mild improvement. I will update my review after few more months.

I believe this product is helping my inflammation so I am grateful for that. My only issue is it does have a distinct taste but taking it while eating a meal solves that.

This product doesn't work for me. It makes my pee smell horrible and causes a rash.

Take supplements instead of pharmaceuticals, and was really impressed with the ingredients list. I have taken BCM 95 for years (the base in this product) but the additional anti- inflammatories intrigued me. Major flatulence from day 1. (prob from the fenugreek fiber) Returning the second bottle.
