Life Extension BioActive Folate & Vitamin B12, 150 vegetarian capsules

These unscented wipes are great. I have been using for a couple of years. They are flushable, though plumbers will tell you not to even flush this type. If you prefer something for sensitive skin, these unscented wipes are much less expensive than name brands.

I got a DNA test that mentioned I couldn't metabolize Folic Acid well so my PCP recommended I take a Metylated Folate. I did the research myself on brands and was happy to see Life Extension had Folic/B-12 combo at a very reasonable price. These are also tiny capsules that are very easy to swallow so huge bonus

This is an excellent vitamin = it's easy to swallow being a small pale pink capsule and has kept my B12 level where it needs to be.

Noticeably improves energy and gut health. Easy swallowing capsules. The BioActive Folate ingredients was exactly what I was looking for. Ease of use was incredible.

I take one of these every night before bed along with 2 capsules of bone restore and 300 mcg of melatonin. I have problems staying alsleep. I have found that when I run out of the bioactive milk peptides I do not sleep as well. I take them with me on vacation too!

I took this with dinner and it made me feel sick. I'm a Walmart associate and I had to leave early that night because I felt dizzy and nauseated. I had to return them. Don't waste your money.

The capsules are discolored in pink . Trying to get a credit for this .
