DHEA has many benefits.

Effective daily supplement
Long time user to balance hormones but care must be taken to not over use. Blood tests are recommended to balance hormone levels.

DHEA 100 mg dosage is the right one for an aging male.
Been using DHEA product for the past 7 years with no problems. It is subtle, but I think it does help with making up for the lost of hormones due to aging. I will continue to by this one, a 100 mg dosage and taking one per day. Sometimes, I will go off for one week and then go back on, and it gives the body a chance to rest. i really don't know if this is helpful or not to go off and then go back on, but i read somewhere that you need to give the body a break. I started out with a lower amount at first to test it, but the 100 mg is the right one for me.
