Well I take this in the morning after my green juice drink for breakfast and it defiantly works fast and quite the energy boost. Last at least half a day. Love the zest it provides. Gives you extra energy for a morning work out.

Happy with the product, but the price point could make it a challenge to include this in my regular routine. The energy boost is as effective as placebo. You'd have to take some formal test to really know for sure. I rotate this with Ashwagandha, and take it three times a week. I use it to control the effects of stress. I'm generally satisfied with the product, quality, and packaging.
