I'm very happy with LE's Lightly Caffeinated Green Tea Extract. It seems to fulfill my expectations of getting more antioxidants and gives me a extra boost of energy for afternoon lulls. I take it in the morning as to not interfere with melatonin production in the evening.
I have tried other green tea extract products in the past but this product is the best by far. For one, I trust the quality of Life Extension products. But in addition, the performance of this product is by far the best. I take it for all the known benefits of green tea extract but really like the slight caffeine boost, which is calm and steady (i.e., no jolt) and does not drop off (i.e., no rebound drowsiness). I take one capsule in the morning and then another around lunch time.

All the medical and scientific evidence show the wide scope of benefits for green tea catechins. It's a must have in my supplement regimen.
