So far so good. I was recently diagnosed with a Calcium deficiency re a bone scan. I hadn't taken calcium in years because it's been difficult to absorb calcium in general. For a couple of years now my hips began to tighten up and cramp after sitting or sleeping too long. I researched and found a really good calcium supplement and added strontium. There's mixed research on this item. I decided to only take 1 capsule of strontium per day, rather than what the directions say on this bottle. After 3 days my hips no longer hurt and I feel that I'm helping my bones get stronger.

Will not have results on bone loss or rebuild until end of month when I have my Dexa scan. I do not think I have taken the product long enough to produce any results...will be back after all 4 bottles have been taken and a new Dexa scan with improved results will be next.
