I have been taking this for a while now. hopefully it is taking care of my heart. I do see some blood thinning affects when I get a cut, which tells me that it is working in that respect.
I'm 70 YO and have noticed an improvement in memory recall. I know it's there and this CQ10 finds it quicker.
I have to say I;ve been impressed with this product after I accidentally bought this thinking was Ubiquinol form. To me it seems to work better then more expendise form I was using so I bought 5 bottles while on sale.
CoQ10 helps healthy metabolism via the 4 phases of the electron transport chain. If you're on Statins, then you must have CoQ10 since it destroys any CoQ10. Statins are not good.

This is a wonderful product. I pair it with PQQ and I noticed a boost in energy after just 2 days.
Didn't get great reviews on my supplement app. Been taking less than a month. Don't notice any fatigue so I think it's doing what it needs to do. I do think I'll go back to the CoQ10 with PQQ though.
I ordered the wrong CoQ10. This one seems to have niacin in it or something that causes a niacin reaction that made my face flush and scratchy.
