This moisturizer absorbs quickly into the skin. I've also started using it on my hair before washing, and the results have been fantastic. After applying oil, waiting an hour, and then washing, my hair feels incredibly smooth and my hair feels more substantial. its very light on hair.
It's very expensive
I have extremely dry skin. I bought this, actually, by accident. But when I got it, I wanted to try it. On my skin, oils dry up and disappear. It has been 2 days since I used it the first time. And I am still smooth! Thank you!
I love it but never used before so nothing to compare it to. I use as a carrier oil for my essential oils. I like it better than other carrier oils Ii have tried. works with my roll on bottle.
This almond oil is simply amazing. It is light, non greasy and leaves my skin feeling silky and soft. It is now my daily bottle for skin care. Will definitely be buying more!!
The best.
I recently learned that oils are different, can be a sealing oil or moisturizing oil. This sunflower oil is a sealing oil. Works wonders. I have always been using a moisturizing oil. Some parts of my body prefer a sealing oil. I see and feel the difference.
Loved it. So smooth I used it to cook my eggs in for breakfast. They didn't stick not even on high heat. Then I made some yummy salad dressing using it with vinegar. Delicious. Then I rubbed some all over my dry skin after I bathed. Sunflower oil doesn't smell or get greasy. It's versatile
The Swanson write up states it can be used for cooking but when you get the bottle, the label states it is only for skin care. So as a 'culinary' item, no I cannot recommend it. I have used sunflower oil on my skin and it is good. So because I cannot use it for the reason I ordered it, I have to give it a low rating even though I am sure it probably is an excellent product.

I rated the sesame oil the same way and see now I called it the sunflower oil -- because I had ordered both of them and neither are for cooking.
