I cannot recommend these magnesium flakes highly enough. I use 2 ozs. of flakes to 4 ozs. very warm water in a basin for a foot soak each day. I cannot tell you what they have done for me, but I recommend them to everyone I know and they are as excited about them as I am.

I purchased this product specifically for foot and body soaks, with the idea that it would work better than ordinary Epsom salts (magnesium sulfate.) I was totally wrong about that. Both products relieve pain equally well, but I gave this product only one star because it is much more expensive than Epsom salts but produced the same end result. Save your money and do just that - buy Epsom salt instead!

I'm in love with my magnesium flakes! I've been really trying to “chill out” at home (I work from home—so it can be hard to do) and these have made such a difference. Additionally, my husband and I both love to workout and love to take a nice muscle relaxing bath after! 10/10 recommend.

I got some of these flakes to try taking a magnesium bath. Tried it once and wasn't impressed. So I dissolved some in water to make "magnesium oil" to be used topically. Wasn't impressed with that *at all*. I rubbed some on my arms to try it. It felt sticky and slightly uncomfortable, with a mild stinging sensation. And it dried leaving a scaly residue. I may try doing a foot soak just to use up the remainder of it sometime. For now it is just sitting on the shelf.

My magnesium flakes and magnesium spray bottle came in a thin plastic mailer, not wrapped with anything around it. Even worse, the package looked like it was thrown in the dirt and got run over by a truck. I did reach out to the company to let them know and sent them pictures of the package however, I have not gotten a response. I know that it's out of their control once it leaves their warehouse. However, had they packed it in a regular box it would not have come to me in the condition that it did. Had I known that my items were gonna be mailed out in just a plastic mailer I would've never have ordered from this company. I love their products however I am not going order from them again due to the very poor packaging and the complete lack of response.
