Perfect for side sleepers or back sleepers. Takes about 12 hours to fully expand but it is well worth the wait. Just the right amount of support- not so soft you sink, but not so firm that you feel like you're sleeping on a board. Overall, excellent value for the money.
My house is under reconstruction and got this big boy for the master bedroom 🥰. I can't wait to see what this looks like on my bed frame..... This item was packaged well. It is heavy... DO NOT OPEN THIS IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE SPACE FOR IT TO EXPAND!! I can't confirm what the firmness, support and quality is until after 48 hours..but this was a great price for this mattress.
Very comfortable and exactly what you need if your hurting anywhere on your body. Very easy to plumping up it fully expands within 72 hours. Very good for heavy sleepers absolutely wonderful for heavier people. The foam layer is more comfortable than a regular mattress. Absolutely excellent for side sleepers. Love it
The mattress arrived on time and was packaged very well. I had to get it up a flight of stairs by myself ( petite woman) and it's heavy but I simply rolled the box up the staircase. This mattress exceeded my expectations. From unboxing to unrolling, the experience was very easy and quick. Once the mattress is in place, you simply cut the plastic off of it and let it rise like a big pile of dough. It rose to nearly the 10” height in less than a couple of hours. There is no offensive odor. The mattress cover is very soft and the mattress is firm, but not hard as a rock. Supportive, but with a bit of give to it.
How in the world did they get this wrapped up so small? I thought I'd been sent the wrong size at first! It unrolled out to a normal queen size though. I like that it unfolds flat and then you open it. My last mattress you had to open it first and we accidentally had it backwards which was a pain to flip around. It started plumping up immediately, though I'm confused on if "Mattress should be unwrapped within 72 hours to fully expand" means it just needs 3 days to expand or you need to open it within 3 days of receipt to avoid causing damage? Very weird choice of words. The fabric is super soft and cool to the touch though, and I'm very happy with how it's looking so far!
The picture fooled me but it's not as big as it say it is a look it is wide it is a king that's about the only good thing I have to say about it but it's very uncomfortable everyday my back hurt cuz I thought it was phone memory but I guess and I swear to lie I thought it was supposed to be the opposite so I can't get you five stars but not quite sure that what's going on with this
The overall quality is good, but the mattress may not fit the bed perfectly (depends on the frame). And because there are no measurements of the mattress, it's hard to tell if it can fit or not. When you sit on it, you can feel the bottom become thin. And if you hopped on too hard, you may hurt your knees. But if you are looking for a fair mattress just for relax, it can be a good option.
I was excited to receive this, considering all of the positive reviews. I have purchased Zinus mattresses a few times and was always pleased, so I figured I'd give a different brand a chance. it's not fully expanding on the sides. I've given it time, followed the steps as provided and it's just stuck where it is. I have reached out to the seller and hopefully they will have a resolution. If not, I will be out the money and should've just spent a bit more for a brand I knew would be great.
I tried to cancel this order within 30 minutes from purchase and lifement refuse to do so, I needed a different size. I had to wait until I receive the item a week later to return. I have several emails asking them the return process. They told me having Walmart plus not help with return , I would have to pay $30 for FedEx. I continue to ask them if they would send me a return label they avoided responding to that. Finally I emailed back. I will return to Walmart. They responded right away saying they wanted a picture of the unopened mattress. I did not respond. I was able to return to Walmart with no return fee. I never opened the box so I can't tell you about the mattress. And I did not order the one I needed from them It was too weird.
The seller is making it so hard for me to return their poor quality item which already started to sink just after 30days. This has caused me back pain and discomfort and still keeps on asking me a photo with me on it so they can evaluate which does not make sense to me.
