WOW, I ordered brown chamois color, from moment I opened box, I knew I was pleased with my purchase. Ordered over weekend, received on Monday, and I literally live in the boonies.

This couch was easy to assemble. It did help to have a second person to squeeze the couch when sliding on the second arm, but if you are strong it could be done solo. The material is lovely, the quality for the value is great. The cushions are firm, not squishy, so don't anticipate snuggling down into it.

The sofa was delivered earlier than expected via Fed-Ex. The package was not damaged. The Color I ordered is a attractive "Coffee" color. The fabric is nice and smooth. It was easy to assemble. The cushions are harder. However I fell asleep sitting on it my very first time sitting on it yesterday. It is a small/medium size that fit my little room nice with the other furniture in the room. I recommend this piece.

It was SOOOO easy to put together. It’s perfect for sitting or lounging, for shorties like me, 5’5”. So us it fits perfectly under our windows, which is what we wanted. However, if the windows weren’t above it, it would look a little small. My husband said like hobbit furniture. But again, it’s perfect for what we needed it for - just measure your area with the height of the product to make sure it will jive with what you need.

It's best to have a second person for assembly. Cushions are hard, but that just means that it will last longer. Perfect size for the room it was purchased for.

I just received it yesterday. The sofa, in size, is very good. The fabric and the color, oyster, is really nice. What is a little deceptive from the picture in the web site, is that the cushions are not as big and fluffy as the pictures. The cushions are a bit hard when you sit on them. They are not as "cushiony" as they seem. For being a sofa with a straight/upright sitting position, they could or should have more fluff to the firmness--with its tight sitting. That is why I give it a three. At the end, they are nice looking and somewhat comfortable.

You send this through FedEx and the driver had to DRAG this almost 100 pound through pouring rain and mud to deliver it. I felt sorry for the driver. im moving and haven't unboxed this product yet. But if its damaged, you'll be picking it up! Not FexExs fault. It's your for not shipping it appropriately.

it is not easy to assemble. I am very dissapointed. can please send someone to help me to assembly it . The other site of the love seat doens't want to get together. I thing part of the love seat doesn't not coresponde with the item. Please I will need help

"I haven`t received the item yet, supposedly now 12-24, but I`m unhappy w/the entire experience. I`ve asked that the item be cancelled and was itcan`t be, it`s en-route,but my computer tracker showed it wasn`t put on the truck in Ohio til 5 am 12-21. I tried to cancel 12-17 or 12-18. With today`s technology this should not be impossible. And please amend the word ""Assembly"". I thought I was getting a assembled item

The couch made off so the back piece doesn't fit into the couch. It just pops out on one side. Very hard and not made well. But difficult get refund. I don't have a way get the couch back to store or somewhere. Don't buy this couch ever
