This item was well worth every penny spent. Delivery was right on the day they said it were to be here. Was easy to put together.Cushions are a little stiff till you set on it as time goes on they softened up.if i need another one will Always buy from this company.

When it arrived it had a hole in the side of the box. While unboxing I had noticed where the hole was on the bottom of the couch. Not an eye sore, and it certainly didn't take away from the firmness of the cushions lol. My 3 girls love the couch, and guest now have a place to sit.

Pretty satisfied with the purchase, if you have a tight budget and want something decent i would recommend getting this couch. Put it together in under 30 minutes, its comfortably firm and relatively sturdy for my partner and I ( together we weigh about 450lbs) i would not be comfortable putting anymore weight on it than that. Again, if you are on a budget go ahead and get this couch, it is a decent size for a small apartment or college dorm

It was ok in color and size but one of the legs were broken try to contact seller no answer just wanted a leg replacement and not to mention the two arms were off but I was willing to work with that cause what I'm using it for be the disrespect of not even responding to me and I sent pictures before even asked still no reply😡😡😡

**Pay attention to the negative reviews - You will save yourself the irritation** The back of the couch is designed to anchor into the sides of the couch(not revolutionary and to be expected). The measurement for the back is entirely too short! Even if you can manage to finagle the pieces into position, they will separate!

Listen up folks < IF looks could pay up we have a winner. WRONG.... I waited two months to do a review 😩 I got taken to the cleaners. My old sofa, when I took it to families, in need %26 starting over ,,,, they said it looks new. well, I've had it for 34 years and wanted a new look for my frontroom. Big Mistake this couch .... springs poking through ( i weigh 127%23s)) . REALLY,,,_, then to top it off I use a super size lint roller 3 or 4 times a day ( I've gone through 6 rollers ) there is so much lint it get all over my clothes. it's toooo bad you have to clean off guests clothes before they leave. I'm soooooo fulll of sadness 😔 I'm 80

the sofa back did not fit it was too short and couldn't get it to secure in bracket. i tried calling customer service and they were very condescending, i explained what was wrong and she tried telling me i was doing it wrong, you can't do something wrong if the part doesn't fit.

Really cheaply made, legs barely worked when installed and one broke already so now it's sitting on the floor. It's a really small couch already so now it's the perfect size for kids! I unfortunately am an adult and this couch sucks

If I could give this product a -5 stars I would. I'm so disappointed in this purchase, I did all the research and nothing prepared me for what arrived at my house. I bought 2 of these couches and they arrived in a box, we brought them in the house and immediately had to take them into our covered deck. The smell of formaldehyde was so strong that I couldn't breathe. We thought they just needed to be aired out but they have been sitting outside for two weeks now and the smell is horrible. I've used odo ban, baking soda, and white vinegar diluted. And nothing has helped. I can't go to the store because of the pandemic, so I emailed them and tried to call and I got no response at all. This has been the biggest regret purchase of my life.

Well to start, I ordered dark brown. I got green. It was a all around bad purchase and experience. needless to say, I spent money on a ulgy green couch. that Im stuck with. it was delivered in the rain left outside on the street, they didn't even let me know it had been delivered, I heard aloud sound when it was thrown from the truck and hit the concert of the sidewalk and street, not even in my yard. no knock on the door. no phone call just drove away. Im a 70 year old home bound women, and there was my sofa laying on the street in the rain. Walmart get better everyday. fake meat, poor quality merchandise, and terrible customers service.
