Overall great hoop. Directions were not amazing but there is a you tube video that helps a lot!!! My kids love playing with it and I love how high it can go! Overall great product at a great price.

I have been wanting a basketball hoop for my nine year old son for awhile now. This one is perfect! I wish i would have purchased it sooner. This is getting us outside to go outside to our backyard, which is much needed, especially during this quarantine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this basketball goal for my son about 6 months ago. Called with the Model # and the customer service rep took it from there, asked me what part I needed and within 5 minutes we were done and the part was ordered and was being mailed my way. By far, the most convenient, customer oriented and knowledgeable customer service department I have EVER dealt with!

My wife and I put this together. It took us about 5 hours with minimal skills. It was a nice day so it wasn't so bad. You need to watch the YouTube videos as well as double check with the directions. The hoop is nice. My concern is with the base. It tells you to fill it with 250lbs of sand however it doesn't really become portable if you do it that way. The only way it becomes portable is if you place the sand bags on top and then move it around. It's too late for us unless someone has a way that we can take out some sand. My kids like it but when he asks me to move it around somewhere you know know what I'm going to say.

Overall happy with the new goal; however, after assembling per the instructions and tightening all the bolts, etc. it is "tilted" slightly toward the right as you face the backboard to shoot. Also, the link I received via Lifetime's email to activate the warranty is apparently broken and did not take me to a warranty activation website.

It was on the cheaper side so it was ok.
