Very sturdy basketball hoop. The directions were a bit tricky to follow, so pay close attention to when you put the poles together, they do not come apart after they are together.

During the assembly process, you could tell this is a USA made product by the quality of all the parts and the simplicity of putting everything together. Watching the assembly video on the website before assembling was also very beneficial. The action to lower and raise the goal is very easy to operate and smooth. Awesome product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyone that I spoke with was very nice and helpful. They helped me locate a part for my 12 year old basketball hoop. I was able to pick it up within 24 hours. The part worked perfectly. My basketball hoop is up and running again!

This is a solid hoop. It took us about 5 hours to assemble, then another 2 to fill the base with sand - so a major time commitment. But what a fun addition to our yard! Our 7 year old can shoot on the lowest setting (7.5 feet) and have fun. Our 10 year old, who has never liked basketball, loves to go outside with us and play now. Assembly was challenging - and we are pretty handy people with a significant tool collection. It was definitely a 2 person job. But this hoop is heavy and really, really sturdy. It's easy (for an adult) to adjust the height. I expect that this will last a really long time and be able to grow with our kids.

Not sure how bolts on rim were damaged but may have been from large truck with snowplow or delivery truck bumping into it. It made the rim very loose. Upon inspection I noticed the lower bolts on the rim were bent. I called them and they were able to send me the parts free of charge. I was expecting to be charged but was not. Thank you Lifetime. That is great customer service!

Good unit. Takes 2 strong adults to put together.

The basketball hoop came with missing parts. So frustrating to take everything out of the box to find that the bolts and net were missing.

I received bent parts . I had it put together by a professional from Angie's list. pole is bent, goal can't be leveled. $500 for a useless goal. I think that I should get credit for the goal and money spent to Angie's list installer , or receive a replacement.

The basketball hoop came damaged, dealing with Walmart has been very difficult as this product is via lifetime witch is a 3rd party seller. Going through loops trying to solve and Walmart is no help thus far! Be ware of third party selling via Walmart! Will never buy from Walmart again!
