I bought a 48” lifetime basketball goal a few years ago in Maryland. Since then I had moved to another state and was unable to find some bolts, nuts, and small plastic parts to re-assemble the basketball goal. I called lifetime customer service and they were able to send me these missing parts in Nader a week. Great service.

We purchased he basketball and it arrived ahead of delivery time. Putting it together took 3 -4 hours. A basketball was suppose to be included so had to call and they are sending us one. Our the grandsons have enjoyed it especially since there is no school due to the corona virus. We were pleased with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this basketball hoop about a year ago and finally got around to installing it. During the installation, a plastic part that holds the height adjustment in place broke. I called customer service and was able to leave my number to get a return call (tether than wait). They called back fairly quickly, identified the part I needed and shipped it free of charge (it was inexpensive).

This is a great system for <12. It is sturdy enough ans very easy to change hrs from 8'-10'. Assembly was challenging.

It is easy for children to adjust the height, is stable even on grass, and is not difficult to move. Good product for elementary and middle school age children, or for casual use. I probably would purchase one of their more higher-end models if it will be routinely used by older teenagers and adults. The only issue I've had is that recently the backboard started to curve after 2-1/2 years. Could be due to the hot Georgia sun. I contacted customer service and sent them a couple of pictures. A few days later I got a tracking number and a week after that I received a new backboard.
