Lifetime Charger 10 ft Sit-Inside Kayak with Paddle, Fire Red (90963)

I waited 1 year to have it available and now I'm finally got and I am using my kayak every day! it's huge for me, I think it fits 2 people there, if it doesn't go above the allowed weight, that's fine. everything arrived just right. I'm enjoying a lot!! You can see how bog it is if you look my pictures!

We love these! We ordered 2, picked them up and immediately got home and put them on our lake! We spent hours outside on the lake. The reviews for the paddles have been mixed but we felt they were great! Hours of family enjoyment ahead for us! We couldn't be happier!!

I have been looking for kayaks the last four summers and finally came across this incredible deal! We love our kayaks and would buy them at this price again in a heartbeat!

Love the price and value for the money. This kayak is a beautiful blue to purple color with some red inside. Seat is well padded and everything was packed well. I chose to have it shipped to my house by freight carrier which went well, and I love that it came with a paddle. Only problem was the right footrest was not attached. I tried to screw it back to the side and found the screws were not long enough so I bought longer screws and fixed it easily. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase!

I ordered this item and it took a month to arrive. When it arrived the handle for carrying the kayak is broken. While i haven't gotten to use the kayak yet, am disappointed with the damage. WalMart is sold out of them so replacement is not an option.

It came quick. The quality is ok. Some of my stickers have rubbed off with one time in water. The back rest is not high enough and cuts into your back leaning against hard plastic. Next time I'm going to take something to put behind back. It glides nicely on the water. Its a little hard to move with one person but can be done.

I have a lifetime sit-in Charger already and love it! Ordered a second one and Walmart sent me a Lifetime sit-on Tahoma. I spoke with a friendly customer service rep, but all they could do would be to schedule for someone to come and pick it up. Once they received it back in the warehouse, then they would refund the money. I would then have to repurchase the Lifetime Charger that I wanted and hope they get it right the second time. A huge inconvenience for a $315 purchase. walmart gave me a $25 store credit for the mixup…

I asked for a blue AND purple one. Both get here and they're both blue. How do you mix up colors like that. Waited over a month and they're not the colors I asked for. Bungee cord is broke on one. One gots dents in them. I do not recommend buying this and getting it shipped to your home.

7/3/2924 Both kayaks were Delivered damaged, wrapped only in bubble wrap to protect them . There were large dents and numerous gouges and one was actually cracked which was left in the delivery truck. I called Wal-Mart customer service, Maersk, pilot and third part delivery service and spoke with at least 15 different people just to schedule an pick up and and still not sure where my kayaks are that were returned . I also received a damaged kayak stand which I returned to a Walmart . 7/3/24 Customer service was absolutely terrible and unacceptable trying to return items to a global company who has existed for years. Customer service reps were Not helpful and just read off a script and repeated what ever I said. Not one person removed my issues/ concerns or knew how to actually effectuate a pick up and return. I am still waiting to be credited for these returns and refuse to pay $99 for shipping on items that were delivered damaged. A total of $799.53 was charged to my visa when the items the items shipped. This experience has led me to decide NEVER to order or shop at Walmart again. As far as I'm concerned you don't have any customer service. You make it impossible to return damaged items ordered online. You are slow to refund the customer. You are unapologetic and don't even know who your contractors are. You should be responsible for whomever ships the items that you sell. I want the full amount of $799.53 refunded to my Visa as soon as possible.
