Lifetime Shatterproof Portable Hoop with Action Grip Adjustment & Slam-It Rim - Model 91330

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased for our grandchildren and the rest of the family to enjoy at our house. It took a few hours to put together and three adults for some steps to hold etc. but was not hard and easy to understand instructions. We have enjoyed it for over a month now and all smiles from the younger to the older. We did use ratchet straps and trampoline tie down steaks to secure it. For us this was a better choice than water or sand. I have also purchased a glider because this seems well made. I look forward to enjoying my glider while resting from playing basketball.

I purchased this unit about 2 weeks ago but after assembly I was having problems with the mechanism to raise and lower the basket. After contacting lifetime and explaining the issues I was asked to forward some photos which I did. Once completed I received a response that replacement parts would be shipped out. I was very pleased with the response in such a timely manner acknowledging that there were issues around supplies during the current pandemic. With this in mind I believe the suppliers response was outstanding.

I was willing to pay for it as it clearly was not a manufacturing defect. Conner took the time to look up the exact part and is sending it to me at no charge! Try that with an off-shore company.... Lifetime has my loyalty....for a lifetime!

I bought this product a month ago. It was easy to assemble with easy-to-read instructions. It is a great design and with durable material. Once filled with water (or sand) it seems very sturdy. I would definitely recommend this product. I dealt with Emily from Customer Service, she was responsive and very helpful. Thanks Emily!

The Customer service team helped me locate the proper manual to find replacement parts….. then they shipped me those missing parts. I cannot say enough good things. Shop with them…. You will be impressed!!!

TERRIBLE COMMUNICATIONS. SHIPMENT WAS LOST FOR 14 DAYS AND I HAD TO CALL WALMART DAILY TO GET STATUS.
